Rigo really came through for me. The first car I was interested in wasn’t the right fit, so instead of forcing the sale he helped me look at a few other options until we found one that made sense. That meant a lot to me. Definitely recommend him.

2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
My 2016 has 174K miles on it now. It's been mechanically sound for the most part. As with most high mileage vehicles, things are starting to wear out but it hasn't been anything too costly. The truck has served me well and been very reliable.

I was recommended by my brother to come here, and I’m really glad I did. Eugene was extremely helpful throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand and was patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend others to stop by when looking for a vehicle.

Great Auto LLC review
Dallah was very patient and informative! And he worked with us fairly. Good guy to deal with.
2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
Mine is a 2014, 4 cylinder, WT. The transmission is lazy and won't always shift to the next gear, especially while mountain driving in the Smoky Mountains. It works a little better when I don't use cruise control. City driving gets about 18 mpg, highway driving got up to 28 mpg, even in the mountains. Something went wrong with my lights, which required a Body Control Module replacement which only worked a few days. The second replacement worked 1100 miles then started acting up again. Suddenly, everything started working again at 1600 miles, and still going strong. I don't like the very tiny infotainment screen, but Chevy advised against replacing it with an upgraded version.

My boyfriend & I accidentally pulled into this dealership and ended up driving out with a truck. The employees are all so helpful and welcoming. They really do take the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for.
2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
I bought my Colorado new & have kept up all my service on it. Runs great, good gas mileage, for a truck. I don’t like the design of the door panels, nothing fits in them, useless! My foot slips off the brake pedal no matter what shoes I wear! Don’t know if anyone else has this problem. Jim

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

East Hills Chevrolet of Freeport review
This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. He knew exactly what to show me and it was a done deal. He and Bob worked the paperwork and I’m in my new Chevy traverse for the next 3 years! Thank you all!

they were perfect, they waited for us and everything was perfect! jeff was the man and make sure you guys talk to him!
2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
Bought my Colorado from a dealer 2 years ago. I do regular maintenance and knock on wood have had no major problems. I average around 21 MPG which I think isn’t too bad. My only complaints are pretty minor. I’m 6”5 so getting in and out is tight, but once I get in I have pretty decent room. My only other complaint was that I took a road trip and my mileage did not increase much. I also wish the cup holders were a little bigger for my over sized cup of coffee in the morning lol. Overall I’ve been very happy with the truck.
