From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.
Trisha reached out to me within a day of showing interest in a car. We set up a meeting for a test drive. I was contacted the same day of the year drive to be told the sold the vehicle at auction. I bought a car elsewhere.
Although I did not visit the showroom or the dealership at all I did communicate with both sales staff and management through e-mail. They were responsive, provided me the information for which I asked, and gave me their bottom-line, out-the-door price. They followed up to ensure I got the best possible attention. I am impressed and would definitely consider buying a truck from them. The reason I didn't give them a perfect score is that I only have limited interaction with them.
I had been looking for a truck to leave at my camp and just could not find anything in my price range that I liked. I have found this dealership to be a well run, professional organization. My experience involved a cars.com search with a early afternoon trip from a Rochester suburb to Evans to review a specific used car. A natural issue for anyone trading a used car is perceived vs actual value of the car being traded. This was seamless at Evans. My car had come mechanical issues (at 135,000 miles most cars do) and Evans was fair and reasonable when valuing my trade. That allowed me to focus on the late model low mileage certified Chevrolet that brought me to the dealership. I couldn't find anything wrong! Not with the finance (3.09% APR from their banker vs 4.29% my credit union offered); not with the expedited paperwork; nothing. I'm a fussy quality engineer. Evans matched my attention to detail. No question. I will not hesitate to consider Evans in the future. Of course, the new-to-me late model Malibu has been terrific. This is my fourth Malibu (Impala before that). Great car at a great price.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had my car in for repair on Tues. Nov. 13 and needed it back by the next week for holiday travel. Jim Lacey, Collision Center Manager did a thorough job of ordering parts and completing this repair a day early. He explained everything that needed to be done and went through the itemized bill with me. My husband and I were very impressed with the repair job that was done and the friendly customer service that was given to us, during a holiday week. A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
