Matt Farnes was the salesman who took care of me. I talked to him quite a bit on the phone, and via text. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. A salesman at another dealership was too busy to handle the sale. When you are buying a $60,000 truck, you expect to have an attentive and knowledgeable sales professional to work with you, and Matt was just that. I cannot say enough about how good he is. I first spoke to him in the morning, and I drove my new truck home that afternoon. The other dealership lost out, and I don't even think they care. I will definitely recommend Van Bortel Chevy to family, friends, and co-workers. Good people who care about what they do. Thanks!

They treated me very well and gave me good advice. All of my repairs have been covered thanks to their recommended coverage plan. They always give me a loaner so I never have to go without or depend on others.
Went for a 30 minute oil change. The person who checked the car in gave me a tan ticket and said I was all set. I walked through the door and looked left and right and the girl behind the counter said the waiting room is to the right. I go and get comfortable and an hour goes by and I’m thinking it’s unusual for an oil change to take this long. After 1 1/2 hours I go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long and the young man tells me my car is not in the computer. He told me I was supposed to check in at the desk. Well, the person who checked my car in did not tell me that. He told me I was all set!!! I was very upset. The young man behind the counter was so patient as I was not. He wanted to reschedule and I couldn’t as I was leaving the country on Monday. His next solution was to give me a rental so I could do my errands and they would get to my car after the tech got back from lunch LOL. I was ok with that. So 2 hours after arriving,I had a car, not mine, and set off to do my errands. It was about 1 1/2 hours after that when I got called my car was ready. While the screw up was up front, the service I received after the error was discovered was top notch. The young man taking care of the situation was as calm as a cucumber and I was not. He was awesome and should be congratulated for making a messed up situation work. This was the first messed up appointment I’ve every had at a Subaru dealer so overall you do do a great job!
Leasing our new Silverado was easy and painless thanks to our Salesman Jerry. We got a fair deal on our trade-in and are very happy with our new truck. We highly recommend Victor Chevrolet for you next vehicle.
Ryan???s vehicle knowledge is incredible. He had a detailed answer for every question we asked which put us at ease. He made the process simple and is so down to earth. So often you???ll get a pushy salesman and that is not who Ryan is. Highly recommend!
Was looking at a used 14 Tahoe that was just Traded in. Was in Contact with Charlie . He was very helpful in returning emails . Though the price was Right and Tahoe was in Excellent Condition . I owed to much on my current Tahoe so the numbers didn't work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie .

It was my first experience at Patrick and it was terrific . My sales person ( Jonathan Collister) was knowledgeable,friendly and extremely personable . The service technician ( Mario Maimone) was also knowledgeable, courteous and friendly . Actually everyone I've been in contact with at Patrick has been just GREAT . I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
I have been a customer of Bill Cram Chevrolet since 1994. I have bought cars, leased cars, had them serviced there and had damage repaired in their body shop. It is the only dealership I will do business with. No matter which department you are dealing with the employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. My recent business was turning in my lease car early and taking out a new lease. The salesman, Chip, and the sales manager, Tim, were a pleasure to work with. This is the best dealership I have ever done business with.
The best experience I have had hands down! We will be going back to them around the spring time! Got us a newer, better vehicle (the 1st one was nice as well). When we asked for thexample new one, they worked hard and got us approved for a better rate and payment then the original approval! The whole staff was so friendly with our sons. It was a fantastic environment overall! I bet the whole staff is great to work with, but Grace definitely impressed us that day! Awesome to work with! They won't push you into something you don't want. You pick it, and they make it happen.
An entirely different experience. Our sales rep Austin was not only professional but a pleasure to get to know and work with. Everyone seemed to genuinely appreciate we were spending hard earned dollars, and not only made a deal appropriate for us, but we're low key and never "in your face", like most other cars attack dealers. Thanks to all especially Tim R. Vanessa, and of course a super guy we met named...Bill Cram whom while retired still offered a helping hand. Obviously he passed to his daughter now the director a sense of appropriate, and appreciative attitude towards their customer... You won't go wrong here thanks to you all. Tim & Jane PS ask them about the syrup....
