Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. I wasn't Quite ready, I had A trade Bob advised me with patience and kindness the best way to handle my trade. I had A lot of questions, Bob was very personable. Through out this entire process the line of communication was always open, as busy as Bob and Chad are, they answered every text and every call. I worked Out my trade and was ready to buy. My wife Casey and I flew to Auto Direct all the way from Georgia. We got to Auto Direct and was amazed, this dealership is a Corvette candy store, wall to wall of pristine Corvettes. We purchased a 2017 Black Rose Z06 3LZ Corvette! My wife and I have had many car purchase experiences, this purchase has by far been the easiest, and most personable. I highly Recommend Auto Direct.

Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.
