I ordered a 2LT HTC Z-51 w/Mag ride w/selective control. I chose the front lift, along with some Tridents and full length stripes. The automobile is a engineering marvel. I road tripped home from museum delivery KY-IN, then after break-in...Route 66 to Parhump, NV to attend RFDS. I now have 24K smiles on it and ZERO problems. The C-8 is a factory racecar/track monster/daily driver. I am proud to say I work for GM and help in the manufacturing of the C-8, I am also a proud owner.

Had to take my Kia Sorento in for an upgrade, everyone from the time I arrived with vehicle to the time I left with vehicle were outstanding on my service there.

Took delivery in April 2021. Covered 9,700+ miles in first year. Very reliable only issue has been GPS which required a new sim card under warranty. Fantastic performance and very comfortable for long road trip days. We did a 16 day vacation tour to the Finger Lakes and Niagara and had no problem carrying our luggage. 28 mpg on long runs.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

I stopped in for my first service visit yesterday over lunch. Shame on me for not keeping the receipt to give my service advisor credit for the great service. He was knowledgeable about what my EV would need and clearly explained what the visit would involve. The visit was faster than expected, and communication was top-notch. I had my vehicle in prior, to another Chevrolet dealer with less than stellar service, so this is now my go-to for service. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat from Crossroads Ford of Lumberton, and I couldn?t be happier with how smooth and efficient the entire process was. I arrived at the dealership around 4:00 PM and by 7:30 PM, the deal was finalized, paperwork signed, and I was driving off the lot in my new truck ? even though the dealership was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mrs. Rose, my salesperson. I explained that I was interested in either a Ford Ranger, Explorer, or F-150. She first directed me to the Rangers, and after looking them over, I was able to eliminate that option. We then looked at the Explorers and eliminated those as well. Finally, we moved on to the F-150s, where she took the time to walk me through the different trim levels they had in stock. It didn?t take long for me to identify the make, model, and trim that fit exactly what I was looking for ? the F-150 Lariat. Mrs. Rose took me on a thorough test drive, explaining the features along the way. We even pulled over during the drive so she could walk me around the exterior and go over additional interior and exterior features in detail. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure I fully understood what the truck had to offer. When we returned to the dealership, she quickly brought back pricing numbers. I had made it clear from the beginning that I am not a fan of the traditional car-buying back-and-forth process and prefer straightforward, simple pricing. Mrs. Rose truly listened. Along with the sales manager, she made the negotiation process efficient and transparent. After a short discussion, we agreed on a price that felt fair to both me and the dealership. I was then handed off to the finance manager, who clearly explained my options and moved through the paperwork quickly and professionally. Even though it was past closing time, the salesperson, sales manager, and finance manager all stayed late without hesitation to make sure everything was completed properly. Overall, the experience was quick, painless, and refreshingly straightforward. From start to finish, the team at Crossroads Ford of Lumberton made what is usually a stressful process into a very positive one. I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.
