Went to Murphy comparing Cadillac to a few other luxury vehicles. After seeing the XT5 and how it handled I was impressed. That and the way the whole staff treated made me buy right then. That was 6 months ago and both sales and service have always been friendly and helpful.
Dealership service department does a great job theyre all very professional and nice. Some of the prices are a bit high like when shell wiper blades at $17 apiece and the price to put on new tires if we had them shipped there.
This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.
I saw an ad for a 2014 Genesis Coupe with 52k miles the night before I went in. The next day I called them up and was greeted by Patrick, I asked if I could come in and see the car and I was told that it was okay. I arrived maybe 3 or 4 hours later and saw the car, it was in great condition. Took it for a spin with Patrick and when we came back I was ready for paperwork. I ended up buying the car and traded in my 2018 Civic LX with only 6800 miles, I was pleased when they gave me some room with my positive equity on the car. Usually used car dealerships are pretty scummy when it comes to trade ins. Another thing is that they financed me through Launch, which is local to my area in Palm Bay, so it's nice that the banks they do business with are reputable. I'm very happy with the car. Patrick and Todd were genuinely nice dudes, weren't aggressive about their sales tactics. One thing that I should mention though, if you come here, you're buying a used car. Especially if it's a sports car, come in with the mindset that it needs all fluids replaced/topped as well as some parts. The engine bay makes a slight clicking/cricket noise upon closer inspection so I'm going to perform maintenance on it as well as take it to the local Hyundai dealership to investigate. My own research suggested that the fuel injectors that Hyundai's GDi engine makes that noise and is normal on all of them, but better safe than sorry. My Genesis Coupe actually has factory warranty on it for another 15 months/9k miles, it's almost unheard of at used car lots, so I'm definitely going to take advantage of that.
I have purchased several cars for myself and my daughter from Sal and BJ. This time they knew what I was looking for and they called to say they had something for me. I visited, drove the car, and within two hours I was very satisfied to be driving my car home. Sal and BJ are very friendly and accommodating. I will continue to go to D&S for my transportation needs.
Thank you Val and the CARite family for helping me with the purchase of my 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe!! There were able to help me with getting me approved in a fast record breaking time! I've heard horror stories of the car buying process taking up to 5 hours! Val was able to take of it within 30 min on a Sat may I add! I went to this dealership on faith. I had no money down, no co-signer and a not so great credit score. Luis worked very hard to work with me and get me in something I could afford but love. I drove there in a 2010 Hyundai Sonata and left in a 2018 Chevy Malibu with only 3000 miles on it! I feel truly blessed and so thankful to Cathy the financial manager to make everything work with the GAP insurance and my payments still not be through the roof.
