Lauren carnprobst was absolutely great.She was very very helpful in our purchase and followed through all the way . Service department was a little lacking we had 2 concerns they fixed the main one . But you Can Trust Lauren her word is gold .

very good. we told tj what we were looking for and he kept me in touch with what he had. he did not pressure me at all and was very understanding. we did not buy a car from them due to the mileage difference between us. about 80 miles. yes, i would recommend there dealership. i have a friend who bought from them a year or so ago, and he has gone back twice and is very happy with them. thank you!
Knew what I wanted when I went in. Bought the car. The price was listed online, they asked me what it was (which was strange to me). I on error gave them the final price my car buying service gave me, which was after fees. I am fairly certain they knew, due to me showing them their online listed price, however I was charged the fees on top of the final price I gave them. I just wanted to get out with my car so I sat down and said nothing more. Just putting this out there for others to know that with all there good customer service, it is still a used car dealership. Other than that, I was happy with them, they even provided me with a driver to get my old car home same day I bought the car. And after about a month the car is still running great.
I selected this dealer because of an advertisement on the internet.
It is over 100 miles round trip from my home. I have reached out several times since I purchased my new car to get money back for the items charged on the original invoice but I did not receive ( it was more than a few hundred dollars).. For example, locking lug nuts, pin strips, and door protector. This items should have been done prior to picking up the car. Greg the salesman apologized and said he would set it up and reimburse me for the gas. No call back!
I located a truck via the internet and called to inquire, the sales staff was very honest and helpful. They gave me confidence to drive over an hour and a half to see the truck. I left in a new-to-me quality vehicle with the confidence that I paid a fair price and will return to do business in the future. Thanks to Rachel and Mark for working with me and making it a pleasant experience.
