Everything went so smooth with Button Dodge! Went somewhere else orginally to buy a vehicle and they werent willing to help. I went to Button and they did everything in their power to help me out and get what I wanted! Jamie Hansen was my salesman and he is awesome! If anyone wants someone that is willing to do anything for you, ask for him! 10/10 recommend Jamie and Button!
My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles and motorcycles at TNT Auto with the exception of one. With more than one location made it easy. If they didn't have what we wanted, they would find it. Everyone that works at TNT are pleasant and down to earth. They do everything to work with you to find that vehicle and very helpful when it comes to financing and making sure vehicles do not leave the lot with any major issues. Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. Shane and Larry have wonderful personalities and they are at the Boulevard location in Kokomo. I would suggest that if you are in the market for a car, truck, or motorcycle, to go and talk with anyone at TNT and you will be satisfied. I know we are.
We decided to drive to Kokomo from the Indy area because of a car they had on the lot. The car was and still is in mint condition. It has been the best use car I have purchased and the best buying experience. Grant Holcomb was a pleasure to work with as was the rest of the team.
Not a good over all experience. Sales rep seemed nice but inexperienced. Unable to deal without managers approval. Manager was uninterested in making a deal or selling. Maybe because I was an older individual and thought I could be scammed. I made an offer and was never offered a counter offer. Too bad too could have made immediate sale today. Adams loss.
Had a great experience right from the start. They worked with me to find the right car AND the right financing. Third dealership I've been to trying to get a better car and paul richard got it done!!!! I'm super happy with how everything came out.
I live in Kokomo but drive to Peru to buy my vehicles and for service. My family has purchased from this dealership several times and every time it has been a great experience. We always feel comfortable when we are there and if we have any concerns about our vehicles while we are in for service our salesperson Mark and the General Manager Chuck are just a few steps away!
The only reason I'm writing this is because Cars.com wanted a review for these guys. . . Be careful what you wish for!
Late one Friday night I was searching Cars.com for an older Chrysler 300C. I wanted specifically a Cool Vanilla white one; this dealer had the only listing on Cars.com inside a 50 mile radius at the time. They are a solid 50 miles from my house so there is no way I'm driving that far for a test drive unless I know for sure it is there and available.
Google says they're open until Noon on Saturday so it is important to communicate early so I can make the hour+ drive for this car, thus I used the Cars.com email feature to contact them and requested they call me to schedule a test drive.
You'd think it's a slam dunk, right? They had that car sold to me already, all they had to do was call the number or reply to the email and if we could have reached a fair deal (and the car was in as good shape as depicted) I'd have driven it home that day.
But they didn't call, and they didn't email, so they did not sell me a car.
You guys get 3 stars: Neutral . If you intend to use cars.com to sell cars, you should be responsive when potential customers use their tools.
I do not own a Buick or GMC, I own a Jeep. Whole down in Indiana from Michigan my Jeep's head gasket needed to be replaced. The jeep only has 73,000 miles on it so Mike in the service department called and was an advocate for me by calling the local Dodge / Jeep dealer to see if they would fix this problem. Jeep / Dodge would not help at all even though the car had under the 100,000 mile warranty (but was over by 3 months). Matthews GMC fixed my car and gave me a GREAT price. Even though I live out of state, they went the extra mile. They know that a are dealer just doesn't sell cars, but is a continuos relationship with the customer long after the car is delivered. If I lived in Indiana and was looking for a car - Matthews Buick GMC would be my first stop.
We were on our way to gulf shores for vacation from Michigan and our alternator went bad. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The drive to get the part and fixed it in record time so we could be on our way. The allowed us(my husband and I and our to young children to hang out in the lobby as we had no where else to go. The dealership, especially Sherrie Martin went above and beyond the norm for my long distance sale! Special things like my request for undercarriage pictures, a video showing cranking, starting and running and many texts to answer questions before my trip from Rochester, NY to Gas City, IN. Very pleasant to work with. I've told many friends my story. I can only hope for referals for this dealership. They deserve it!
