My wife and I had been looking for a Fiat 124 but couldn't find one locally. I found a car at Buckeye online but wasn't expecting it to be easy. I couldn't have been more wrong. I worked with John Crosswhite and he was great. He was upfront with the price, which was great, and was very easy to work with everything was done by internet or mail. I had to fly to Ohio to get the car and he ended up meeting me by the airport with the car which saved me a few hours and got me home before the remnants of hurricane Michael came through Virginia. John is the first person I will call when I look for my next car.

Called to see if we had a recall on our Cobalt,they confirmed there was,had to wait a couple days for parts,so we made appointment, dropped car off and work was done in the time they said,a bit of extra work was needed to make it right and they took care of it and covered it too. I bought my new car from here 4 months ago and they called several times to follow up to make sure everything was ok and help answer any questions I had with the new features on my new car. Very different from other dealerships I purchased cars from that you typically never hear from again once you sign the paperwork and write the check. Convenient, accommodating with scheduling. Follow up with the Tech would have sealed the morning. Cut back on required number of words in the remarks. Getting a good evaluation requires spontaneous input not given in length just to satisfy a form.
