Let me start off by saying that the Level of Service that I received from my guy Robert Emmons at Carizona was absolutely FIRST CLASS! Robert went Above & Beyond the level of excellence. Genuine, honest & trustworthy are just a few choice words in which I would Sum him up. Truly a Joy to work with. I have purchased a few vehicles by going through the "Dealership Process" & each time was worse then the previous. My bad run with dealerships ended when I met Robert & rest is history. I've gotten a few vehicles from this lot over the years and my expirence has always been amazing! They have a low/no pressure sales style that I love. They didn't hound me or follow me around but were very helpful when I did want assistance. My van was a great buy and they've helped me in so many ways! I appreciated all the extra work they put in.

I bought my 2001 Impala in 2000, right off showroom floor. It has 238,000 miles on it and still runs great. It has a great engine - my mechanic says it’s the best engine the Impala could have. I’ve always maintained it well, kept it in garage and allowed no one else to drive it. Had all regular maintenance at dealer while under warranty but since then, I’ve used a private mechanic. I’ve rented a new Impala but don’t like the design as well as my 2001. I have to get a new car for practical reasons. How much longer can a 19 & 1/2 yr old car keep going? And as a 67 yr old woman with “0” mechanical ability I need a car that I won’t have to worry about. I wish I didn’t need to get a new one. I live on a fixed income and don’t want a car payment.

Easy to deal with and priced to sell. Large selection and wide price ranges. Showed up with six grand looking for something safe and practical for my daughters first car. I’m happy because I found something reliable with enough money to spare to license and insure and my daughters happy because it’s “cute” and the radio works.

I bout it used at 42k miles.GREAT! drives great on a full tank...only have to take a trip to the gas station twice a week..with $30 you pretty much fill it up. Only had minor repair on it.

These guys are great ! The Sales person I worked with was Carlos who was very helpful and answered all my questions. The car I chose had a few things to be fixed , so the dealership is going to send it to their shop and get them taken care of . Awesome !!! I would definitly recommend this place for a fair deal .

Great used car although a 2001, drives like a dream. Interior is very clean for a used car. Glad I bought from a reliable dealership.
