Everyone was very helpful and took the stress out of looking at the car I chose. I drove about 75 minutes to look at the car and to do a test drive. I was concerned that the car would sell before I arrived, since this happened to me the previous day at another dealership. Special thanks to Tim with scheduling and Todd in Sales!

2017 Chevrolet Impala review
I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

Allan did an amazing job of helping me get info on cars and CarMax process. Ultimately they didn't have the car I wanted but I did end up selling my used Kia there. Kim was amazing and super pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process exchange. Will use them in the future 100% if I need to.

Never had one problem or complaint since I bought the car. No recalls, always reliable, nothing but routine maintenance. Shame that GM stopped making them!

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

2017 Chevrolet Impala review
I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

CarMax, I would like to mention a member of your service center team, his name is Moe. The second I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile. Moe kept me updated with my cars air conditioning being serviced. With the world that we live in now, to be greeted by a young professional man was heartwarming to me. I recommend if you need service with your vehicle always ask for Moe you will not be disappointed. Thank you Moe. Sincerely Donna Falconio

CarMax Orlando review
Exceptional service from start to finish! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. Having completed my pre-application online, I was paired with Jadeil V., who was fantastic. He walked me through every detail, explained the process clearly, and was backed by a great team. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I left with my new vehicle in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone!
