I saw one of the cars, very good looking. It's a very good and clean dealership with great people working there.
2003 Chevrolet Impala review
I bought my Impala 2003 6 months ago. It sat for awhile so did have few issues IE water pump cooling sensor. I put brakes toe joints and few other things so far it runs smooth. Only had 59,000 miles on it. It has 62,000 now. Shifts well drives smooth. Does have a little shake in front at times. I had a 2011 Jeep Overland. Beautiful vehicle but the entire hydraulic air suspension went out. Was over $5000 to fix so I sold it. The Impala could never replace my Jeep but it is a pretty good car for being old. Is a luxury edition too.

A ton of inventory with excellent prices and excellent staff. They had quite a few options fitting what I was looking for with great prices! Will be back for my next one.
2003 Chevrolet Impala review
I have had my impala for 6 years now and it has been a great first car for me. It fits everything I need when I take it to and from college and it’s always up for the road trip. I love how comfortable it is and it drives incredibly smooth. Sometimes I have to crank it a few times and give it a little gas to get it to stay running, especially when it’s hot out but other than that it has been a very reliable car for me! I will miss my impala whenever I decide to upgrade to a new car.

Thanks. It was nice to see the nice upgraded vehicle models and speak with dealership management.
2003 Chevrolet Impala review
By far the most reliable car I've owned. I bought it new in the summer of 2003. People are amazed at the fact that it has so many miles, yet runs smoothly and quietly and gets 25mpg. The car has never had any engine work. And I don't baby it when driving. I do however change the oil regularly -- every 3,000 miles.

2003 Chevrolet Impala review
We bought this 2003 "California package" (CA package consisted of: ungraded leather upholstery and front bucket seats with floor shifter, upgraded stereo with amplifier, body color matched rear spoiler and taillight covers off of the SS Impala) base model Impala new and have approx. 100K+ miles now. We have never had any major issues (knock on wood!!). NO major parts replaced besides maintenance items like I replaced one set of struts, one set of front brake shoes and rotors, oil and filter every 3K, antifreeze twice, one thermostat, trans fluid twice, gas filter 3 times, 4 or 5 sets of wipers, one windshield and 3 sets of tires. On more then several occasions we have hauled longer more over-sized items then our SUV can comfortably carry, with the Impala's fold down/flat rear seat and very spacious trunk. Very well designed GM. This Impala handles well and has a very comfortable ride and seating with heated leather bucket seats. This car has never let us down. Parts are relatively inexpensive and for the most part it's easy to work on. We take this vehicle on trips regularly now (it's retired from commuting duties-we needed a 4wd), and I would not hesitate a second to drive it across country (which we have) today. We also still to this day get around 30 MPG with the super tall transmission gearing it has with the 3.4L engine. Yes that was measured many times with a calculator at fill-up, and not relying on the overhead computer the Impala has. To put things into prospective this Chevrolet gets way better MPG (approx 5 MPG better) AND is (was) way more reliable then our 2007 EXL V6 Honda Accord we also bought new and just got rid of after 12 painful years of ownership... Just a few of the problems we had.. Rear main seal leaked like the Valdez one day out of nowhere- had to pull engine trans to repair, can you say expensive ($1,300) to replace a $10 seal!-power steering unit needed to be replaced just out of 3 year 36000 mile warranty.. More $$- tires wore funny on the edges despite the 4 wheel alignment being within specs- timing belt replacement expensive required Honda maintenance the Impala simply doesn't need!-All within 100K miles of ownership which was 100% ridiculous if you ask me! Not to mention the clunky/crunchy (don't ask!) transmission from new and what can only be described as "cheap leather" used on the seats due to major cracking despite being only 9 yeas old and being conditioned just as often as the Impala's seats were, which have not cracked being 4 years older.. Yeah the Honda Accord was a real winner... Sure wish we would have just bought two Impalas and saved quite a bit of money on maintenance alone (approximate 5-6 grand of maintenance the Impala never needed to date comparatively), AND even more $$ considering the Honda was also around 14 grand more then the Impala was new...Yes the Honda sold for more then the Impala is worth, but certainly not anywhere near that $14K more! (try a quarter of that).

I am a single mom who brought my kid in to buy his first car. The gentlemen were helpful, friendly, and never condescending or patronizing. My sales associate Sam was quick, accommodating, and no hint of sleaze. Financing was a breeze with John. Again, never talked down to or felt under pressure. Such a pleasant experience. If all used car guys were like these guys, they'd have a much better reputation!
