This is our fifth truck purchase from Tony Brown Chevrolet since 2000. Dwight Price has been our salesman for each purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and a "no pressure" salesman. Tony Brown (owner) was very involved with ordering process for our latest truck. The entire staff was very friendly and that is something that is very rare these days. We HIGHLY recommend you give this dealership a chance if your looking for new or used vehicles.
Went & saw Gary about a Focus st. I arranged a meeting with him & we texted a bit back & forth. It was about a two hour drive, and we're glad we made the trip. Gary left me alone to look it over, then handed me the keys. So, I took the spouse to check out passenger stuff, and I drove it a bit. I suppose I could have driven all day.... or at least the 172 miles until I needed gas. I was never told.
They got the paperwork done pretty fast. They also got the payment & terms the way I wanted. Keith, the finance guy, explained everything to me as I signed all the papers. Then I got a hat..... even one for the spouse. We look cool now. Steve McQueen cool.
These guys didn't pressure me on anything. Although I was an easy sale, I never felt pushed or rushed. Just a couple of guys talking cars.
Also, I don't really like stuff like buying cars, but, these guys made it as painless as possible. Kudos and thanks.

I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
