Beautiful cars but you'll need to replace the transmission before hitting 100k miles. Got mine replaced at 94k and vehicle has been kept up with maintenance. Thank god for the extended warranty.

Premier Auto Works Inc review
Today I purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR and it was a great experience. My salesman, Arman met and exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Kevin is the finance manager and got me out the door in about an hour or less! Straight forward pricing! Best prices I have seen in a long time! I definitely recommend this place! Great thing about Premier Auto Works, you don’t feel pressured to buy or feel like you are being held hostage like at other dealership!
2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

I bought a Chrysler 300 from them and have not seen any problems After that, I bought a Lincoln Town Car that I did not like, and then I took it back from them after I used it for more than 4 days. They did not say no. Everyone who puts one star is stupid because they don't know how to buy a car
2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

2010 Chevrolet Impala review
I bought my 2010 impala LTZ in 2020 with 98k miles on it, I ran a report and I’m the 5th owner. It was originally a rental car from Hertz. I test drove my car and I fell in love with it, the features are great, I had my vehicle inspected, oil leaks, intake gaskets needed to be done. Rack and pinion needed replacing, timing chain gasket, oil pan gasket, and some other stuff. Dealer agreed to fix everything that needed done including new tires , brakes and rotors. The previous owner really abused the car after owning it for 8 months and trading it in. head gasket was leaking oil externally. Had that replaced, replaced serpentine belt, plugs and wires, maf sensor and oxygen sensors, 2 of the blend door actuators went out on passenger side I replaced myself so I didn’t get charged the $500 at the repair shop. Transmission was slipping from stop at 115k miles I had that rebuilt, rotors done again and warped a second time. Exhaust flex pipes and resonator had been replaced. Gas pedal sensor put my car into limp mode at 106k miles $80 and 10 minutes to replace I have.no more issues. Alignment seems to get knocked out easily but my town has really rough roads. Now that everything is practically replaced I know I don’t have to worry about something major needing replaced soon, engine held up very well and is super quiet I now have 120k miles on it and not another issue arose Overall my car has been great , I have never been left stranded on the side of the road and she always starts right up and takes me where I need to go. The weak spots on this car for me are the alignments and brake rotors. Every other oil change I have an alignment done the rotors are junk, I would recommend to go aftermarket if you ever have to replace them again. The wind noise is loud on the highway The positives on this car Sound system sounds great Sunroof Heated leather seats 3 car charger ports Center console offers a lot of storage Trunk is very spacious Remote start Auto headlights Fog lights Very smooth when taking road trips

The service was great. All the repairs my vehicle needed were fixed due to the above and beyond service. Would recommend to anyone with an automobile
2008 Chevrolet Impala review
I have had my 08 impala ls for almost 5 years now. It is my first car and I have nothing but good things to say about it. When I first got it it had a hard shift from gears 1-2, I ignored it, it went away. I drove it for 6 months with ZERO OIL in the engine. Crazy lifter tick, I put oil in it, it’s fine. I’ve had major things break down (it’s old) and it still drove me home every single time. While this car does feature pretty bad electrical issues, it’s more than worth it to me. In my friend group my impala is known as the invincible . It is totaled with unibody, and subframe damage and it drives like nothing is wrong. I would absolutely recommend this car to anyone who needs a reliable car for cheap. I typically get 24 mpg city and surprisingly 40+ mpg highway. I know not every impala is the same but that’s more than enough for me to stick with this car for life. I’m serious when I say that too. To me, it is one of the best cars ever built. Also it’s massive! It is longer than my friends 2016 Subaru Outback. It has enough trunk space for dual 12 subs, and it’s full of tools, fishing gear, work stuff, snorkeling gear, and more crap. And yes, there is still room. The back seats are the most comfortable I’ve sat in and the front seats are pretty dang nice too. Weather your thinking about this as a starter car, or even an A to B car, it will not let you down. Long live the Impala.

I have had my impala for 6 years now and it has been a great first car for me. It fits everything I need when I take it to and from college and it’s always up for the road trip. I love how comfortable it is and it drives incredibly smooth. Sometimes I have to crank it a few times and give it a little gas to get it to stay running, especially when it’s hot out but other than that it has been a very reliable car for me! I will miss my impala whenever I decide to upgrade to a new car.

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

This has honestly been a reliable car and im not one to leave reviews. Bought this car for $1000 at 208k miles. Yes, the mileage scared me as well. It currently just hit 230k Miles and Still runs like a dream. I had to replace my Rack & pinion eventually which is a known issue on these vehicles, other then that just regular maintenance scheduled oil changes, new tires alignments i really haven’t dumped a ton of money into this car like i have past vehicles and i expect it to reach 250k-300k the way this is driving. Impressed is an understatement.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.

Had no appointment. Got me in and put in new battery in 20 minutes. Very friendly service
2011 Chevrolet Impala review
We purchased this as a CPO in 2012 with 16k miles. I have been very good about fluids maintenance, regular oil changes, transmission fluid exchange service, power steering, coolant, etc. In return the car now has 214,000 miles without one single mechanical repair. Sure it has needed tires and brakes and some minor electrical replacements (gas pedal, turn signal stalk and the servos that control heat/cool) but all in those "repairs" have added up to about $500 in almost 200k miles of driving. I have never met anyone who has had better service out of any car of any brand than we have out of this one! Sure wish they still made them like this.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

2012 Chevrolet Impala review
I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.

This was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I have had. The team was professional, understand what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. I drove away with a car I am really happy with. Highly recommend.
2011 Chevrolet Impala review
The only issues with the impala is the transmission are bad the ignition which I'm having issues now,and it seems every 6 months to a year I have to change front hub bearing and struts. Besides those issues oh and the governor mine is at 112 mph it sucks. But overall a perfect vehicle for traveling and everyday commute.

2007 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

2010 Chevrolet Impala review
I first purchased my 2010 Impala back in 2011. One of my most reliable comfortable vehicles. Unfortunately towards the time of me owning the vehicle it keeped overheating etc. Had to replace the Water Pump the normal wear and tear over the years. But many Chevy Dealerships couldn't figure out the problem. Until like many GM products, it was a Headgasket issue. And my Transmission was starting to slip. I had close to 200,000 miles on it. Also the Actuators were going bad as well. That "Clicking" every time you got in the vehicle drove me crazy. I got rid of my Impala back in 2018 due to me moving to another State and I had just purchased another New Vehicle. But this is a Comfortable Highway Cruiser. Very roomy, would buy again as a second Vehicle

2008 Chevrolet Impala review
I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

2012 Chevrolet Impala review
Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. A car with 300 hp AND 30 mpg on the highway? Yes! Thanks, Grandpa, for your love of American cars! Thanks, Chevrolet, for making such a great car! I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.
