I bought this 2012 Chevy Impala used at a great price in 2019 when it had 92, 000 km. It has an old style classic, smooth ride. The body and chassis are solid with very little rust for a 10 year old car. I have performed only normal maintenance servicing on this car. All components are solid. Acceleration when passing is awesome. I drove across the USA recently in this car with ease.

I looked on line for a Tahoe found a 2012 on A website and the Tahoe was at Bose looked great and great price. I called to see if it was still available and Jim answered phone he was polite and professional said it was still available I told him I lived 1 hr away and wanted to come see it he said ok he asked my name and when I got there he remembered me was polite and professional gave me the keys let me look it over with no pressure came back again no pressure I told him I needed few more minutes and would like to drive it , he had already told me I could take for a drive when ready. He did the usual stuff took a copy of my drivers license let me go on a test drive , let me tell you this Tahoe was as clean in person if not cleaner as the pictures and I simply loved it, it drives as good as it looks which was great. He made the financing and paperwork painless, he got me a very good rate considering the current rates, me and my family went down the street for lunch he said he would call when I was approved let me tell you it was fast we ordered food didn’t even get it and he called saying we got approved. ( that was great) finished lunch finished paperwork and we left with a Beautiful new to us Tahoe and a great feeling from our experience. Let me tell you Jim knows his stuff I won’t go into detail because this is already way to long. Another man greeted us and congratulated us when we were leaving. very nice staff and I would highly recommend this dealership.

This car @ West Herr i personally owned. Just turned 36,000 miles, I purchased it from an 89 year old that no longer drove from Southern Pa. This car just had brand new tires installed and rustproof oil treatment done. Had NO INTENTION OF SELLING. When stopping by the dealership I found the Corvette of my dreams. I bought it. So to pull the mobey together i traded the 2012 Impala in. My last one had 134,000 no major issues, these cars are so reliable and get fantastic gas mileage. This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

In terms of timing, this was QUICK! I'm not referring to as in rushing me, but they were very detailed, focused on your needs and financial status, as well as understanding. Anas took the time to walk around the lot with me after getting me a Pre-Approval, showed me around 5 cars that matched my budget, and went on a test-drive for 2 cars. The finance team and the accountants Nema and Bricia were awesome and so sweet. I was given mint and water while waiting. After that, they even got me an insurance quote with Progressive, even lower than what I was paying with InsuranceNavy. Thank you so much. The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

Accurate on the vehicle and Karl was very helpful arranging a pre-buy inspection with an outside mechanic. I had never interacted with them before but would again.

My 2005 Chevy Impala has been a good car.bought it used in 2010.was told it was used as a Rental Car that came from Salt Lake City.My other car was a 1965 Chevy Impala SS."Canary Yellow"Mr.Robert Gibson called it a"Cream puff "also bought used about 1973 from Robert Gibson.Used Car Auto Sales on North 4th St..had that one for years.Good car...with time had the engine replaced with an overhaul by Solis mechanic & a new transmission from Aamco transmission.My 2005 had an ignition recall around 2015.the Chevy Dealer I took it too didn't do the recall right.other car owners with same recall.had replaced ignition switch&given two keys.my car never showed what they did.took it back because key came off while engine was on.they said,they never did nothing to the ignition switch.what can I do about that? I'm an older woman,alone with no knowledge on cars.other than minor problems,like security light blinking,car not starting,having to wait 10 to 20 minutes for Security lite to stop blinking&car starting.had to have the dash cluster fixed for dash lites&gauges to work.Now headlites,having to hold signal bar to have bright headlites&power windows not working.have or try to keep up maintenance on car.oil changes.new radiator,power steering fixed,new brake pads, alternator,water pump.hoses etc.parts replaced.I love my 2005 Chevy Impala❤️ just like my 65 Chevy Impala SS.❤️LOVE BOTH BODY STYLES.MCG

I am Very happy with my 2017 Impala. It has been very reliable and problem free. It has all the options including leather interior and Bose sound system. To bad Chevrolet discontinued the Impala. I should have bought a 2020 the last year they were produced. I normally trade every 4 years, but I really enjoy this car. I don't wan. a SUV. I had a 2014 Impala I was very happy with.

Really nice car I love the interior and how it drives it drives really smooth like if your gliding runs great doesn’t waste that much gas the back is really spacious one thing I really like about it engine is great and quiet sometimes doesn’t even seem like its on

The passenger side seat sensor comes on and active the airbag light saying there is some one in the passenger seat is setting there when no one is goes of and on all the time

I bought this car new in 2007. After a test drive it was obvious an outstanding vehicle. I’ve never in 14 years had any issues that required a mechanic. Oil changes, batteries, and tires have been my only expenses I’ve luckily had. Still runs and drives like new.

This Impala has been well maintained over the years and has lots of life left in it! Plenty of interior room too. The body is not perfect, by the interior is clean!
