After over a mth of unresolved phone calls to both the Somerset(service department & West Miflin (GM), nothing being resolved, limited phone calls to resolve my issue. I finally reached out to our Windber Memorial Chevrolet, and spoke to their GM (Johnathan), who was more than willing to listen and help! Johnathan told me that he would try to take care of my issues, but he had to make a phone call first, and then would call me back. WELL…Within 10mins, I received a return call from Johnathan telling me that my issue would be taken care of, that his location would pay to make it made RIGHT! Follow up review post purchase. I was on the way to work & I ran over a nail. I stopped by Belle tire to learn that the tire tread was so low that I couldn't have the nail removed. Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.
2019 Chevrolet Impala review
The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

2017 Chevrolet Impala review
I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

2015 Chevrolet Impala review
This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!
