I daughter after Cody Patterson after a recommendation from a friend, who typically is a harsh critic. Cody went above and beyond in meeting my families needs. I went in expecting upfront honestly from a salesman who would work with my budget, and left with that and more. I have never had a better car buying experience.
While shopping for a new car is stressful at best the salesman, Scott Brockelbank, at Seelye KIA of Kalamazoo made it a GREAT experience! Scott came "highly recommended" and he did not dissappoint! He answered all my questions was courteous & professional. KIA service is always TOP NOTCH at this location and I will not hesitate to see Scott again when the time arises for another car and I will recommend him & this location to ALL my friends and family in need of a car.
My son bought his first car this past January from Seelye and they found the perfect car for him. A few weeks ago he hit a deer and the car was totaled. Khristian got the cars he was interested in testing out very quickly and then took us very smoothly through the loan process. Len helped us with the financing, claim info and pay offs as well as getting the refund for unused GAP and Warranty. My son is even happier about the new car but hopefully we wont have to be back a 3rd time any time soon for him.
Great people they answer calls and work with whatever issues you may have. I had a few issues and they put more money into work than what it was worth due to “making sure the customer is happy.” My brother also bought a truck there and it was great! Highly recommend you go to them for a used or newer vehicle!
My experience was very positive! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Enjoying the suv so much - can’t wait until winter to try the AWD. We have purchased several cars from Ziegler and have been very pleased with service.
How refreshing to be treated with sincere respect. I've had experiences at other dealerships of being treated as though I had little knowledge of autos and needed to be told what I should purchase. Not West Point! From the very first email and prompt follow up phone call, to the actual purchase process, Jason and Erik were both professional, friendly and willing to listen. The buying experience was pain free and quick.Very fair price on my trade-in AND my new vehicle! Added bonus: these people really seem to care about and be invested in their community. I'm sure this contributes to their ethic to go the extra mile. I am very impressed and couldn't be happier with the place, the process, and my purchase.
The process couldn???t be any better , Mike made everything go smooth and fast , he processed my papers work and delivered the car directly to my house within 3 days , such a respectful and smart seller, he is willing to answer all your questions and help as much as possible , couldn???t be any happier :).
Courtney is the best in service! She is quick, efficient, responsive, honest, helpful and caring! It is always easy to schedule and get quick and good service. Courtney calls right back if I miss her and I'm always delighted with the job she does for us! I would choose Sunshine Toyota just so I could work with their service department!

I brought my car in for general maintenance. We have established a wonderful working relationship over the years with David (Service) and Bob (Sales) They know all about our cars and we trust their knowledge, expertise, and guidance!
I had a great experience with John Tapper Chevrolet. After I was hit from behind, and my car was totaled, I found the exact replacement car I wanted with a very specific set of options at Tapper Chevrolet in Paw Paw. I booked a flight from Orlando (where I live) to Detroit, then rented a car from there to Paw Paw. This was a new experience for me, and I was pretty worried about getting to the dealership and being pressured into a deal for a car I didn't want. I was pretty much at their mercy. But the car was exactly as described, was below the KBB price, and the purchase process couldn't have been easier. They were even able to get a percentage rate for me that was almost 2 points better than my pre-approved financing. Thank you, Tony Serignese and Tapper Chevrolet!
