I just moved from Florida and Gunters was recommended to me. I made an appt for a new battery for my 2006 Mercedes 350 Convertible that has 55,000 miles. My service b light was also on and I thought I would also need that done. I was most impressed with Gunters because not only was my battery replaced at the time of my appt but they also said that since it had only been 1500 miles since service a, I would not need service b until 60,000 miles. They were professional, on time, cost less than the amount quoted to me on the phone for the battery and most importantly honest about service that I did not need at this time. They will be doing all of the service on my car!
The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
Carmax has been the most amazing shopping for a car! My whole encounter with everyone, well their are no words but simply "Outstanding Service" I have shared this with so many people. I called on a Friday and my service advisor was able to get me a Saturday service appointment! I know that’s not easy. Rhonda always comes through for me. I usually give her more notice. She makes me feel valued as a customer.
I have owned my Fort Mill purchased Electra for about one year. I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great.
