Had a great experience with the Service department. I had an urgent issue and they were very responsive. Fixed the issue and my check engine light problem. They were able to determine what was wrong when another shop failed to, three times! Very happy!

DriveTime of West Columbus review
★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙

Auto Mart Of Ohio review
I bought an SUV from them Oct. 2025 and was happy at the no pressure experience. Sarah was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire purchase and trade-in process. We got a good price on our vehicle. Soon we discovered an issue, called, quickly got an appointment to check things out, and the repair was made right then at no charge to us, covered by the warranty that came with the vehicle. We are happy with our vehicle, with AutoMart, and would definitely recommend them to others. Great job, folks!

It was a comfortable and easy experience. The service department was efficient and did a great job taking off the maintenance of my vehicle. The new car buying experience was also pleasant also as far as pricing, trade in , and patience in letting us drive vehicles, showing us how to use features. No high pressure to buy or what vehicle to purchase.

2022 Chevrolet Malibu review
I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

DRIVEHUB review
This is the second car we have bought this year from Drive Hub. Both times we had a great experience. Very Honest, friendly and great to work with. A big thank you to Jeremiah McCarty and Jarrod Cockerell.
2022 Chevrolet Malibu review
I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.
