We only went in to test drive, we were so impressed with the new owner and everyones attitude in comparison to the previous owner that we decided to buy instead of just looking.
Our salesman Richard Harrison was low pressure and honest about what he knew and didn't about the vehicle we were wanting and answered every question we had and gave us info that we didn't know.

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned as it is a money saving car that has great space for my kids and to top it off it looks great!
Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Overall lack of management skills. The mangers are rude and condescending..... I was sold a truck with multiple open recalls after I left it there for a week to get them taken care of.
They did not make good or follow through with other promises as well.

I love this car. Lots of leg room and trunk space. My sons are tall guys and they have plenty of room to ride. I do wish it had a back-up cam...but all in all...5 stars!
I like Acura of Columbus,
even, I guess, after every single employee I knew there
from the Sales and Service teams to the various managers and officers
has been either
moved, transferred, fired or replaced.
(So I'm kinda forced to 'start over' with all new names/faces/teams...
whether I want to or not.)
PS- I am officially going to quit liking Acura of Columbus
if people keep calling my house at night to ask me
how much I like Acura of Columbus.
It's stupid, and is absolutely counterproductive.

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.

Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
Andy Taylor is a good man. He had the sale well, and has been very helpful after the sale.

I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked heated seats LOL. I had a Volvo previously and it had a ton of bells and whistles. I didn't need all of that. Something to be said about heated seats though.
