This man did the unimaginable by today's standards, I needed to update my SSN information and he literally drove me to the SSN office and waited 2hrs! I have that same truck mine's a short bed Stepside and it's been the best truck I could ever ask for I've had it for 20 years and it still runs good like a champ looks good drives great unfortunately has rust but with 220,000 miles on it and no problems out of it ever no major issues only maintenance regularly that is the key to do the maintenance regularly have the transmission serviced at the intervals it says to do in the book I expect to get 350,000 Mi out of it I'll never sell that truck it's not looking as good as it used to I did hit a deer or two I live in the country but it bounced right back never caused the lick of trouble can't recommend enough

Best truck ever !!!!
Bought my most recent Silverado used. It had 143,000 miles. Now , 5 years later , with 324,000 miles , it still runs like a champ ! But there is another factor that I still can't believe it. A little over a year ago the tranny started acting up a little. Got to the point that I now have to drive the truck in second gear most of the time. I'd say for the last solid 8 months. This truck is a beast. I'll never get rid of this one. Way too attached to it. I'm looking for another one just like it as we speak. Kudos to GM for the best truck ever !!!
