We worked with Michael, Breez and Ryan throughout our vehicle purchase. All were helpful and personable, easy to approach and quick to respond to questions and concerns. They made the purchasing process as easy as possible. In the past I have dreaded going to a dealership for a car purchase, but these guys made it easy. Thank you!

Overall a great truck, low mileage and everything I needed in an older model dependable work truck. The salesman, Mike Silman, is very professional and he offers great customer service.

Truck drives and handles great compared to my past Ford. Z71 off road package makes for a stiff ride though. Interior controls well laid out and easy to use. Had the truck for 52k miles and no major problems.

I bought my 2017 brand new with 4,000 mi on it from a dealer. I get a range of about 500 mi. I've had no trouble with it ever since I bought it. I give it regular maintenance and I can't ask for a better truck.

AG Auto SalesReviews
AG Auto Sales review
This positive review is for Tony, owner of AG Auto Sales in Ontario, NY. Tony had a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4 equipped with the options I had been looking for after two months of searching. Being in Tennessee, I depended on what Tony had to say about the truck. He gave me full-disclosure, answered all my questions / requests and did not “rush” me off the phone or apply pressure to buy right then. Next morning, I called Tony and told him I would buy the truck at the price he quoted (which was very fair given a one owner, low mileage truck). Tony went the extra mile and helped me with shipping coordination as well. All in all, Tony of AG Auto Sales was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to send close family and friends to purchase a quality used vehicle from AG Auto Sales. Thank you Tony!

Palladium AutosReviews
Palladium Autos review
I recently purchased a BMW 7 Series from Palladium Autos, and I have to say that the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Robin and Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, particularly with securing financing. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful process much easier. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service left a strong impression on me. I truly appreciate their support in making the car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hassle-free purchase and a team that really cares about their customers, I highly recommend Palladium Autos.
2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

Shottenkirk Chevrolet review
Travis ( the gm ) and his staff are top notch. Addy greeted us at the door and was so professional. She got us connected with Travis in sales and eventually Travis the gm closed the deal. The Travis(s) handled the sale on our new suburban while Astrid lead our finance portion. As someone who loathes car buying experiences, the haggling and gimmicks that waste people’s time, this dealership is a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. Well done we will be buying from yall again in the future and highly recommend others do so as well.
