Great service! Honestly I was hesitant because I know dealerships can tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door but this store made everything smooth and easy for me from the get go. I wanted to make sure the expedition was there before coming in and they sent me a video confirming it was on the lot. Manager came out and thanked me for my business. He felt sincere and genuine. Have had this since new in 2020. No major issues. Transmission is rough when cold, but not an issue. Three years in and no major work. One brake adjustment and oil changes. Other than that it’s been a great truck.

had the truck for 30 k miles. Only one issue of a hydralic lifter failure @ 7k miles. They say its common with the multi displacement V8s. i would have rated it better if the engine problem did not happen. When you pay 50k Plus for a truck, you don't expect early failure of engine components.

Had an issue with software and car charger. bMW took care of both issues and provided a loaner car. Car was cleaned and detailed when I returned and all issues were resolved.
