I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had with First State collision! Yesterday I backed out of my garage to quick and the spoiler was pulled by the door. I stopped at our regular garage and was told it was very bad. Had to be welded, could fly into traffic behind me etc. Needless to say I was terrified as I drove down to first state collision on 113. "Mark" came out and looked at it and told me it wasn't that bad and if I had it there by the end of the day he would check it out first thing in the morning. He couldn't guarantee anything but he thought he might be able to pop it right back in! This morning he called and said it was ready to go and didn't need anything! Such a relief as we are leaving next week to go to California to see my family. We haven't been out there in 9 years! This Thanksgiving I am so grateful for Matt and First State Collision! 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

Hertrich Chevrolet GMC KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK yet again. You all truly care and treat your customer like a person, not like a sale. Your team explain things to customer in terms you understand. They go the extra mile to be compassionate and professional. I was there for 6+ hours and your service team checked in on my often, offered to get me lunch, and just made sure was I was ok. I've been to several mechanic shops and have not gotten my vehicle issues resolved. In fact, the last time it ended up with a blown transmission as other mechanics were putting bandaids on the real issue. I will never going anywhere but Hertrich Chevrolet GMC for maintenance & repairs.
