I found my specific Ford Edge online and emailed the dealership to set up a viewing. Everything went so smoothly. It had been many years since I purchased a new car. David Bailey was right there to show me this Edge and answer all my questions which made it easy to buy it with confidence and feel good about the sale.

First.....and last diesel, as this one will last. 100k now, and drives like new. Tows my rv like a dream. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. My Silverado 1500 gasser was good, but not for towing in the mountain passes. This beast is built to tow! Keeping everything stock for now.
Nate and the team did an awesome job working with me on what I was looking for in a vehicle. My questions and concerns were addressed up front without pressure of making the sale.
Very unreliable truck.

Bought this truck new. It only has 60,000 miles in 7 years. Everything works fine except for the DEF system for the diesel engine. It's been in shop 4 times for DEF sensors and each time cost me around $500 to $900 dollars to get it fixed. I will not drive too far from home because never know when the sensors will break. Never buy another chevrolet diesel.
I like the exterior design & styling. Leather seats are very comfortable with power seats in the front and two driver memory for driver seat. Handles very well for the year model. I would recommend the classic body style models.
For me car shopping at Kuehn Motors in Rochester is best described as "Car Buying for Dummies". Tom Dawson did everything possible & more to assure my experience at the dealership was stress free & totally informative. Tom is knowledgeable, exudes honesty & certainly is not the stereotypical car salesman.
Unreliable diesel truck

The 2500 hd gas version is reliable. However the 2500 diesel version is unreliable. My father had a 2014 chevy silverado 2500hd with the duramax engine. It broke down often. He hardly used it for work. Mostly just for weekends to go out . Never pulled ,towed or hauled anything with it. The reason he finally got rid of it was after the fuel system had a problem and it ended up damaging the internal parts of the engine . Factory warranty paid $8k to fix it. Luckily it was still under the 36k miles. So stay away from these duramax engines. The only reliable duramax engines are the ones made in 2006 .
We went to House Chevrolet to look at Equinox vehicles in the range of 2014 to 2016. This was exactly what we were shown and permitted to drive. Features, mileage, and price were explained. There was no pressure to purchase immediately when we said we wanted to think about the purchase overnight. They are personable and listen to what the customer wants.
Best truck I've owned

Besides the gas mileage being extremely low due to being a gas truck it was worked extremely well for my family. Pulled my camper fully loaded and the bed filled. On long drives was very comfortable not just for me but my passengers also. World but this truck again but might go for the Diesel upgrade.
My wife and I were searching for a car and when we found the vehicle we wanted, Tom Dawson was very helpful and courteous. Tom worked with us to get the vehicle and payment we wanted. Tom was able to help us purchase 2 vehicles and made the buying process very easy. I would definetly recommend Tom and Kuehn motors to my friends.
Great for towing

You can’t go wrong with the duramax and Allison combo. I have 3 of these trucks and they work great for us. Maintenance and repairs can be pricey but they are all still going strong with 883k combined miles
The transaction that I had with Tom D. at Kuehn Motors was very pleasant it was quick and easy transaction , they were very helpful with anything that I needed.
My first diesel pickup

I absolutely love my truck. The room it has is unbelievable and the comfort is just mind blowing. The truck has power with the 6.6L diesel V8 backed by the best transmission in the auto industry (Allison). My truck is only a two wheel drive but you’d never know with the way it sits. I would buy another one of these trucks in a heartbeat.
Just purchased my third vehicle from House Chevrolet. I don't even bother to look at other dealerships. The House family treats me like family. I always feel welcome and important to them. I love my new Chevy Camaro and have no doubt that it will provide me with years of great driving.
I continue to have my other cars serviced at House Chevrolet as well. Pete is the best service manager I have ever worked with. He knows my cars inside and out and is always fair and honest. The quality of the work done by the service technicians is always top-notch. When I drive off the lot I know my car will be in top working condition.
I highly recommend House Chevrolet to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car and who wants quality service on their vehicles.

This truck fits all of our needs. It pulls our camper nicely. We use it to travel around the country. We haven't had any problems with it.
Jeremy Zieman was our salesman. He was great to work with and we highly recommend him and Rochester Ford. He was very kind and patient with us. It was a great experience and we love our car. Christopher who assisted us with the paper work was also great!

Expensive to repair
by T_Dub from Lehi, UT

When it runs right it’s not a bad truck. It’s comfortable on trips and looks good. How ever it is painfully expensive to have repaired. 90% of shop won’t even work on diesels and the ones that do charge a lot.
Works great for hauling and pulling my trailers plenty of room in back seat for groceries or grandkids or what ever I need to transport.
