Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.
The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.

The most patient salesman, Ricardo Glean, that an interested car buyer could possibly encounter. He then showed me and allowed me to drive every car on the lot I found in my price range and above. We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn???t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn???t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Even the finance department was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!
