I went to West Herr Chevy. I’ve bought two cars from here. They’re honest and quick. They meet each one of your requirements and don’t try to sway you one way or another. My sales guy Ahmet was very patient and understanding. They have really good finance options and got me better rates than I asked for. I went in after car was totaled and needed a new car fast and they were also knowledgeable on the process of initiating the gap loans and transferring warranty and coverage from the one loan to the other. I won’t use any other dealer other than West Herr.

Karen helped us immediately in a friendly manner without being pushy, which is wonderful. We enjoyed good conversation with her and the owner. All the time consuming paperwork was handled by Karen so I did not have to deal with any of that. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the signing of the documents was a quick process and no one tried to push additional charges on us!!
