I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.

For the price and the advancement of cars you would think the LT would have more “bells and whistles”. I had to pay separately to have the remote start added. Also no roof racks, tow hitch, side mirror defrosters, ect. The lt model is pretty much just the basic. If your looking for that I would look at the next up level LX I think. Over all no issues yet and my wife loves the car.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Ryan was extremely helpful and professional. He confirmed that the replacement tire i needed was actually onsite before ever accepting the delivery of my car - so as not to waste my time. Everything was handled before I arrived after work that day, and he was even able to repair my tire rather than replace it, saving me easily $300+. We were looking at a variety of used vehicles and found nothing but very high prices on very high mileage cars. I was hesitant at first but as with everything....do the footwork. We were never followed, pushed or hounded, all the members of Zains team were helpful and up front about their vehicles, even so much as to steer me away from one I was looking at. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic and have him go over it which he did...and he told me to go do the deal. I showed him the pre-repair pics so he knew where to dig....i drove the car about an hour and put it thru a workout. One can NEVER be cautious enough so do your work. This is why sites like Carfax can be your friend. If you do a vin search you can see the Pre-repair damage, this is crucial for your mechanic. My experience: I feel secure with our 2017 GMC and would like to thank the Brokers and Sellers team for their refreshing attitude with all my questions.
