My salesperson, Craig was exceptional from start to finish. Instead of jumping straight into numbers, they took the time to actually listen to what I needed for my daily commute and family trips. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different trim levels and helped me find a model that fit my budget without trying to 'up-sell' me on features I didn't want. The transparency during the financing stage was what really stood out. There were no hidden fees or 'administrative' surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork—the price we agreed on was exactly what appeared on the final invoice. 2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.
