Even though I was car shopping at the end of the month (which unbeknownst to me was their busiest day), everyone associated with the sales team bent over backwards to help me get the specific car I wanted! I was there for 5 hours, but we were able to get all the paperwork and financing together so that I could drive my new car home that night!

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

2 Years Ago I Bought My 2018 Chevy Cruze LT Hatchback From Kia. The Customer Service There Was Extraordinaire! They Helped Me With The Best Trade In Value For My Camaro Far Better Then Any Other Dealership In The Area And I Did Go To Many Dealerships To Find The Best Trade-In Offer For My Camaro. The Warranty With KIA Is The Best Hands Down Compared To Anyone In The Syracuse Area. I Received A Warranty With Chevy First Centenial & That Warranty I Did Use Twice And It Kept My Car In Tip Top Shape Thanks to KIA And There Excellent Sales & Finance Department! I Would Recommend This Location In Clay Highly! Skip The Rest & Just Start Your Car Shopping At KIA in Clay They Will Exceed All You Expectaations In All Departments Here!!

Found the car I wanted on their website at 9am, test drove it at 10am and drove it home that night! From start to finish, the staff as Maguire were professional, knowledgeable and tentative. I would absolutely recommend Maguire to anyone looking to buy a car! Everyone at Maguire treats you like family, they see you not the sale.

Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.

My wife and I could have not been any happier with our purchase of our new Chrysler 300. Phil Batchelor has been great over approximately the last 6 months since we bought the car. Quick and easy process but at the same time we were actually listened to and not pushed into something we didn't want. We ended up ordering our New 300 so we didn't have to pay for things we didn't want. thumbs up to burritt chrysler and to Phil. Thanks again.

Bought a Sportage for the wife and a Sorento for myself. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable and very courteous. Moe was our salesman and explained everything to us . Thank you Moe, Nick, Dan, Jess, Kelly, Lori, Sally, and Becka for everything. Finally a dealership that cares.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

I was not sure if a wrangler was for me. Phil Batchelor took his time and took 2 different days of working with me to make me feel comfortable with a wrangler. it's been 3 months now and I am soooooo happy he did. I love the wrangler and I can't wait to take the roof off.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Irwin Automotive GroupReviews
Irwin Automotive Group review
Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!

I worked with Steve during my search for a used EV, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about him. Although I ultimately had to go with a different vehicle due to logistics and timing, I really wish I could’ve closed the deal with him. Steve was hands down the best salesperson I spoke with during this entire process. From the beginning, he was patient, transparent, didn't play games and was never pushy - a rare combo in my experience of car shopping. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the details clearly, and even caught important details (like hail damage) before I committed, which shows integrity and a customer-first mindset. He followed up consistently without being overbearing and truly made me feel like he was working with me, not against me. He was proactive and helpful every step of the way. If you're in the market and want to work with someone who's honest, attentive, super friendly and genuinely kind, ask for Steve. He sets the bar for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you again, Steve. I really appreciate everything!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.
