Excellent experience in selling my vehicle to Hoselton and in working with Gwen in sales and acquisitions. The offer was very fair, the process was simple and efficient exactly as I was told it would be. I brought the vehicle in, signed over the title and 15 minutes later had a check in hand.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Carmax in Henrietta, NY, specifically the salesman I worked with, Bill Zachary. Bill found for me exactly what I was looking for and made the process quick and seamless. Bill and the team at Carmax in Henrietta are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have purchased a number of vehicles from various dealerships and I must say that, overall, my car buying experience at Carmax in Henrietta was the best. Karen helped us immediately in a friendly manner without being pushy, which is wonderful. We enjoyed good conversation with her and the owner. All the time consuming paperwork was handled by Karen so I did not have to deal with any of that. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the signing of the documents was a quick process and no one tried to push additional charges on us!! It was a great experience and I'm so glad we made the hour long trip to Molye.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

I am a person that gets so stressed just thinking about car dealership. Crazy cheap cars made it so easy. Was not stressed at all we worked with Tony he has honest. Help through the whole process no pressure. It is nice to have someone help me feel comfortable with my decision. Tony is down to earth, felt like family just talking with him. You can't go wrong with Tony. ❤️

Phil is the most charismatic salesman I’ve ever known, he had every detail in mind to make sure I got what I wanted and he was smiling all the time, great experience! Thanks.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

David did a great job helping me with the purchase of a used truck. Fair negotiation and great customer service.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

We recently bought a Subaru Cross trek through Garber. Our Product Specialist was easy to work with and there was no pressure to buy. After the deal, Cleason was helpful in teaching us about our new car and answering our many questions. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Garber Randall review
I worked with Steve during my search for a used EV, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about him. Although I ultimately had to go with a different vehicle due to logistics and timing, I really wish I could’ve closed the deal with him. Steve was hands down the best salesperson I spoke with during this entire process. From the beginning, he was patient, transparent, didn't play games and was never pushy - a rare combo in my experience of car shopping. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the details clearly, and even caught important details (like hail damage) before I committed, which shows integrity and a customer-first mindset. He followed up consistently without being overbearing and truly made me feel like he was working with me, not against me. He was proactive and helpful every step of the way. If you're in the market and want to work with someone who's honest, attentive, super friendly and genuinely kind, ask for Steve. He sets the bar for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you again, Steve. I really appreciate everything!

Steve from sales provided a great experience for the purchase of my new vehicle. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and very communicative. This is a place I’d definitely use again, with Steve as the sales associate. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the process smooth. My purchase was done virtually, so communication was key - Steve delivered!!

Dave Hoffman, Ryan Hunter, Matt Vetter, Jamie Branch and everyone here ALWAYS treats me like I am the ONLY one that matters. It feels more like a family than a dealership. Everytime I go in for service with either Toyota I own, I always leave feeling better than when I came in, (which is usually just the opposite from most service departments I have been to). From Ryan Hunter managing the exceptional sales department to Dave Hoffman and his Elite service team, I feel VALUED. Thank you all at Basil Toyota!
