After weeks of calling pretty much every Toyota dealership and none of them being able to deliver, we were frustrated. Earnhardt Toyota was our last shot. I put in an inquiry online at 8 AM, and by 8:30, the sales rep called me. Manny really came through — super patient and helpful. He found a car that got delivered to the dealership that same day and made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. He made sure the paperwork was ready for our arrival , had the car pulled up, and got it prepped for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet him in person to thank him since he was off at 3, but he made sure one of his coworkers helped us out. The whole process only took about 1.5 hours, and we drove home in our new ride. Huge thanks to Manny and Curtis (finance) for being patient and making this such a great experience! I really hope Manny gets credit for this sale — he definitely earned it!

This 2026 is my 3rd Trax and I love them! Perfect size, especially as a Senior. Gets me up high and overall car size very manageable. Positive: Overall experience was very good with the result of the overall lowest price anywhere (but I may have gotten it a bit lower if assigned sales rep wouldn't have been under time constraints and rushing the deal and flying over some details). Note: Actual trade-in value can only be determined once you're at the dealership, and in general they seem to price trade-ins well/fair and most likely a bit above general market value. The initial sales rep and a management team member were very friendly and helpful. A little bit of Negative: Finance office was a bit iffy as he couldn't answer specific questions and made some mistakes on the paperwork and after the deal he didn't provided the promised communication. More Positive: Once I got in touch with the back office (title dept.) they were excellent and facilitated the pertaining paperwork immediately. So while my experience wasn't 100% hassle free, overall it's still a very good dealership if you're shopping for a new Chevy. They usually have a very good selection of new Chevy vehicles and if you're looking for the best deal anywhere in the Western U.S. that's absolutely the place to buy your Chevy and you probably save thousands vs. other dealerships.
