I am happy with the service overall. However the service took longer then it should have. I had back to back appointments that morning so I called they day before to make sure my oil change and tire rotation wouldn't take longer then expected. The gentleman I spoke with assured me it would be no longer then an hour. When I checked the vehicle in I asked again and was told they would have me out in 45minutes. I had to go ask what was going on with my vehicle after an hour and 15minutes. The gentleman at the service desk had an excuse that someone had come in late so it pushed me back. As a result I ran late for my next appointment. This was annoying and made for a stressful morning. It would help in the future if they would be honest with the customer about time frame.

Not only was everything explained thoroughly to me, but I also was given a heads-up on a bigger possible maintenance expense that may come up in 10,000 miles. As an extra bonus, my salesman (Eric Strehl) was working when I brought the car in, and he came out to greet me on arrival, and walked me back to the waiting lounge. I bought a new electric 2020 Bolt here and brought it in last week, suspecting that after more than a year I would need a full overhaul maintenance. They assured me I didn't need a couple tasks they could have charged me for because I'd suggested them. They simply rotated my tires, gave good tire replacement advice in about 6 months, filled my washer fluid, and sent me off for less than $25. Nice new coffee-drink machine in the waiting room! My car was ready to leave before I was!
