As a first time financer, We went in thinking they were going to try to screw us BUT, that was not the case at all. Although we didnt want to dealer financing, it worked out in the end. We got an amazing car that was only a year old and for a ridiculously great price!! Darren, our guide was super helpful and not pushy at all!! We told him exactly what we came for and we were in and out in 2 hrs!! It was great and i got to drive my car home that day. I'm glad we went when we did because they had just lowered the price on the car and not even 20 mins after we signed, a young lady came in wanting the same car!! I cant say enough great things. Thank you guys.
Hate buying new vehicles because I dont like the games dealerships play. Nowhere near the case with EchoPark. Very transparent and honest. My salesman was even paid salary so there was no pressure. I was in and out in just over an hour. Cant say enough about this place!
Some people say 1 happy customer will tell 5 people about the experience and 1 unhappy person will tell 50 people; I am here to tell my 5 people about my happy service department visit at CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my Chevrolet Truck in for check engine light and alignment. My Service Advisor Jake Buckley phoned me 3 times just like he said he would to keep me advised about progress of the repairs. I know that most people???s service trips are a nightmare but this was an extremely well managed operation by CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S service team. Especially great job by Jake Buckley!! Please if you need service on your Chevrolet in the Austin Texas area go to Capital Chevrolet and ask for Jake Buckley! very satisfied customer!
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
customer service is not good . left in the blank. no communication. 2 hrs for oil change. walked around and just looked around. a manager giving an interview and gave my wife and I a bad look cause our neace was playing. Guess that was a bad thing on us.
Desmond was the sales person we dealt with. Great experience. Desmond was not "pushy" in any way....answered all our questions what I considered accurately. He has a pleasant personality which adds to feeling comfortable. Very polite. Good overall experience.
