I live local and have tried to do business with Crest quite a few years ago several times I could never get the trade-in value by Kelley Blue Book and I could never seem to make the deal this time was different that was my salesman he was phenomenal as you was just a regular guy not a pushy salesman he showed me some great cars I was looking online from other dealers at the same time and his price was right in line he gave me a fair price for my trade in I was extremely happy to buy a car at Crest now I can do all my service local and hopefully buy more Vehicles there now the service department also excellent the car is for my wife so when she went in to get a sticker she said she never felt so taken care of thank you crest great job

This truck is perfect for me. Its not the loaded model but it has all the basics for a comfortable ride which is really what you only need for a starter.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
This is the first new vehicle we have ever owned! The salesman was so easy to talk to, he really listened to what our situation was. He went above and beyond to meet OUR needs, he treated us like friends instead of a customer. First time I have ever actually enjoyed talking to a salesman.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I was completely blown away by the team at Crest. Matt and Jesse really went above and beyond explaining everything and really wanted to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. No high pressure sales pitch, they really wanted to help me get into the car that I wanted. Not only did they get me into the Chevy I wanted, they got me a great deal o top of it all. The truck looks great has every bell and whistle, only problem I have had so far in 3 months is the brakes failed 2 times that the truck would not stop. Brought to Denooyer chevy and they replaced the vacum booster. No problems since. The truck is under powered for its weight. Other then that it's been a great truck so far. Have had it 3 months and put 4000 miles on it.
If you want quality customer service, then Crest is the place to go. Every time I've needed something regarding car service, Bruce has gone above what his job requires, to assist. Crest/Bruce has assisted out of state family with emergency repairs . I've been a customer of Crest ever since moving to NH over 4 years ago. Routine maintenance and emergency calls for service are treated in a timely and cost effective manner. When the time comes to purchase a new car, Crest will be where I go

In 6’5 so the space a vehicle offers is a huge factor when car purchasing. The Silverado has ample room for my legs while still offering plenty of room for passengers behind me.
Having received a marketing flyer for service maitenance schedules from the Dealer in which I purchased my vehicle, I reacted quickly as my electrical system seemed to be on the fritz, and anyone with keyless ignition knows that's no joke...Anyway, upon bringing my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased a used Dodge Challenger, I was told 15 minutes into my visit that they couldn't start my vehicle, and that I might as well take it to a Dodge dealer......Needless to say, I drove on over to Crest Auto World, received sincere and courteous service that alerted me that this would be short and sweet....All angst gone with new battery chips, and a new car service establishment...The right one..Crest..Thank You,

I have taken my 2008 Chevy Suburban to Crest four times. Twice for simple things and twice for major repairs. In each case their customer service and repair quality have been absolutely outstanding. A special set of kudos to Bruce Young who is the Service Manager. He bends over backwards to help with any of his customers' needs. I have watched and listened to him deal with other customers and from that I would offer that they feel the same way I do. I cannot say enough good about him. I will come back to Crest for any and all repairs and will buy my next car from them.

I have leased two vehicles from Crest and in each instance the process was efficient and satisfying. I received the vehicle I wanted and the payment plan was carefully tailored to my needs. The sales representative was easy to work and the service department was professional in every sense of the word. I absolutely love my impala. It has plenty of room in the front and back. It's very stylish, ther performance is unmatched by others. It's very fast and reliable.
I want everyone to know that the Dodge Service Department at Crest is the best auto service I have found in North Conway area, Mike at the front desk is the best, he knows his stuff and he will always help you find the best route to fixing your car. I have been to other shops and they put the car on the computer and then proceed to tell you that you need a lot of repairs that you really do not need. We all know that fixing a car is expensive but at least Crest only fixes what needs fixed and they do it right the first time. I have made the mistake of going to other shops thinking I will save a few dollars but I always regret it. I am very happy with Crest Dodge Service Department.

This truck has great room in the front and back seats. The extra compartment and 120V outlet are a perfect addition to this vehicle. Love the dashboard as well

This car was what I need,It is good on gas.It has plenty of leg room.It's a comfortable vehicle. A good car and it was a reasonable price.our salesman was very nice and he loved to talk.
I am letting the rest of the community know the owner cares about his customers. I posted a review and the next day i got a call from the owner to correct the issue. The alignment was fixed and the turn signal repaired. The owner understand the care to put the customer in the correct car even more so when it is the customers child who will be driving the car. With the owners action i will be making a purchase for my next young driver with Lake City. I thank them for their actions.

This vehicle constantly had mechanical issues. Check engine light, stabilitrak light, brake light always came on. In and out of the shop only to have more go wrong with it. I had a 2009 bought it with about 40,000 miles traded it in with 130,000 miles
Lee made the process of leasing my car so easy! I wasn't sure whether to lease or buy, but Lee took into consideration all my needs, and suggested that leasing was the best option for my budget. He also gave me a comprehensive view of all the current specials, and really got me the best deal he could. Lea was also great to work with in the finance department. She worked really hard to get me the lowest payment possible.

Wanted this truck since my dad bought one. Great quality, very comfortable ride. 327 engine is slightly less impressive than the 350 engines in the older silverados. Notice a grab in the transmission when letting off and reapplying the accelerator, but mechanics say its the nature of that model. Otherwise very satisfied.
Lee Auto was excellent. No pressure approach. Cam Edgecomb was great. He made the process very smooth and easy

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
We just bought a new Jeep from Lee Auto and dealt with Risa Paquet. She was extremely knowlegable and was very pleasant to work with. If we need a another vehicle we will certainly come here and see Risa. We will also recommend her to all friends that will come to Lee.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Our family has been looking for the perfect affordable vehicle to both carry ourselves in comfort as well as haul materials and products for our business. Risa Paquet had happily helped us acquire exactly what we needed in no time at all! We had walked in, told Risa what we were looking to buy, and she gave us a full detailed tour of the Dodge Grand Caravan. About an hour later we drove off with our new Dodge and smiles on our faces. The vehicle is perfect! By far the best deal around, confirmed after days of searching the internet for the perfect buy. Would recommend, thanks Risa!
