Fine Service, Expedient and Thorough Responsivenes

I worked with Jamie and was very pleased with her responsiveness and consistency. I also enjoyed working directly with the owners/managers of the dealership. There were no high-pressure sales efforts and everyone encountered was very friendly. In the end (after some negotiation), I believe we agreed to a fair deal and, due to our distance from the dealership and time constraints, the staff made a great effort to finalize the deal so we could take our vehicle with us!
Experienced road side flat tire, Hawkins provided the number to GM Roadside Assistance because my vehicle is still under warranty. The mechanic came, removed the flat, found the front strut was leaking before he reinstalled the spare tire.
I showed this to the service manager, he confirmed it, and ordered the new parts, no questions asked. I had the tire fixed, and remounted when the parts came in, to eliminate having to remove the wheel again.
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
Very friendly staff, and very clean facility. They helped with the whole process, especially since I bought it out of state. They did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted and then some. Will definitely buy from again
Our experience at Ken Pollock Ford was absolutely phenomenal. From our first contact with them, Christine was so willing to help and answered our questions extremely quickly. She sent us every single piece of information we needed to know, and had us essentially sold on the car (and the dealership) before we got there. Then. We arrived yesterday and quickly realized it was only getting better. Zach, our car salesman, knocked it out of the ball park. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask a litany of questions. He was easily the best sales associate we???ve ever worked with. Even the man processesing our paperwork, Mark, was effective and effienct to the highest degree. The car we bought is perfect for us, and we could not recommend Ken Pollock Ford more.
Service was completed much quicker than expected. Passenger side airbag was serviced per Honda recall, and multi-point inspection was completed. I did not expect this inspection, but was quite pleased with it.

I recently purchased my third Nissan Murano from Blaise Alexander Nissan. Since the car I wanted was not in their inventory, they quickly found and transported that car to their dealership. The sales people have always been very helpful and I know I will get quality service after I buy the vehicle.
Brian is a great salesman to deal with. Very easy going and not pushy like others I have dealt with in the past. Would recommend them to anyone and I traveled 60 miles to get the vehicle I wanted.
