Holt Motors has great employees. Jerome Lindquist is awesome to work with, he is very honest, nice and calm, not pushy or overbearing. He is a nice person. Jeff Lhotka in the service department is also very friendly and nice to work with. Very comfortable place to do business, whether it be for vehicle services or sales. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Holt Motors..
Luxury Vehicle; Travel well.....

This vehicle is a joy to drive, seats our family in a safe and comfortable manner. We love our road trips, and the kids make great use of the video and entertainment system.
They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.
I bought this car brand new and LOVE this car!

This car has been very reliable, drives great and a nice ride. It has tons of room and has been great for traveling or just hauling everyone around.
If you are looking for a dealership that treats you like family look no further.
Nicest truck I’ve ever owned

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
Very satisfied with my purchase and the visit there in general was much better than expected. Any other time I've gone to a car dealer it's been a terrible experience, so I wasn't expecting much, but figured I'd go check out the car I've been eyeballing online for a couple weeks anyway. I met with Mike in sales and he was so very welcoming and wanting to work with me to ensure MY satisfaction. It was well worth the hour+ drive there. I would do it again! Very happy with the service I received & happy with my car purchase! Thanks for making this a good experience, guys! Keep up the good work.

I put 40,000 miles a year on my 2007 Silverado and it never skips a beat. I just change the oil and other fluids on time and it keeps going. Very comfortable seats and quiet interior.
As usual - I was greeted warmly by the service center staff when I arrived for my appointment, had loads of laughs, went to see if Jeff Lenzen was working to greet him and had a selfie taken with Mike Kloos who is a great guy and before you know it my car was done!
The worst truck I have ever owned, I warn people t

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Mike Hellendrung did a great job! Had a very good deal, very satisfied.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
I contacted my salesman Dan Schrupp after finding out I was transferring to another state and told him what my situation was and what I needed. Less than a week later I had the car I mwanted and the deal I wanted. I was in there today to finish and was met by another salesman because mine was at lunch and he knew exactly what I was there for. I wish I wasn't moving and Dan wasn't retiring.

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
Amazing experience at Lenzen every time I am there. This team makes buying a vehicle so enjoyable and easy. The treatment my wife and I receive is nothing less then exceptional! Thanks Lenzen!
Worst engine I ever had
by BEpbfl from Paim Beach Gardens,Fl

Initially I bought the car with very low mileage.29,000 thought I had a great deal. Then in 8 months the air conditioning went out and completely replace everything $1,500 by my mechanic. The drive axles went bad replace them not too bad couple hundred dollars. Using oil is a big problem always low when I checked it adding oil continuously. Then the engine shut down on me I was able to get it to my mechanic and he diagnosed that I needed a new engine. Ordered a new engine and he installed it $3,800. Now the exhaust manifold is cracked and I have to replace that another 300. I would not recommend a 2010 Equinox to anybody unless it got all fixed up already a motor new are you see new manifold new axles yeah then be a good time to buy it if you got a deal.
appointment was on time and handle the service very well. employees were friendly and very helpful. would recommend to other people.
Safe and Reliable

As a young 20 year old who commutes every day to work and school I can say this car does it’s job and does it well. Great on gas, comfortable, compact, and large trunk space for those long days of shopping. I would definitely recommend the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT to a first time car buyer looking for something that doesn’t pack TOO much punch; but just enough to get you to where you need to go in a timely manner.
Bought a 2017 LT Equinox AWD in 2019
1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.
Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
Great sized SUV to fit our all around needs. Not to big and not too small. Appealing interior with a sporty design. Just enough "bells & whistles" without having to bust out too much cash. Good fit for kids in the back seat or even a solo commuter with the highway MPG. Great trunk for groceries or travel necessities. Haven't had any performance issues yet. All-around solid car.
I absolutely love my Z-71 Tahoe. It is fun to drive and has never given a moments trouble other than routine issues that are expected given the mileage or time. If the new ones didn’t look like a toaster on wheels I would consider a new one. If the new trucks didn’t look like the tail end of hard times I would likely buy one of those as well. Truly disappointed with Chevy! Been a bow tie fan since 1967 and it saddens me to see the company finally lose what I have always considered a superior design and timeless styling fade away. HD trucks are hideous for 2019! Can’t imagine them falling in sales just based on appearance. I am done with GM after 45 years of ownership.
