Great service! No pressure at all to buy, but I ended up with a perfect car within my price range. Emailed with Jeff Haight, who actually came in on his day off just to help us out! Options were all clearly presented to me, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with all the things I was unfamiliar with.

Great Work Vehicle

It has everything that I need in a work vehicle Space Looks and Reliability. The interior provides plenty of leg room and comfort. The exterior provides the Professional Look that I was in the market for.
My brother and I bought a Toyota Avalon, outstanding service from Patty and the rest of the group, the Cedar Falls Dan Deery act very snobbish and don't care if they do and or do not have your business

This car met all of my expectations, safety, fuel efficiency, spaciousness and affordability. I’m so thankful it was suggested to me, it’s the perfect family vehicle.
I purchased a Monte Carlo from Rydell. It was very reasonably priced and I drove over 250 miles to get it. It was late in the day and I wanted to get back to my home location. Upon driving back a few problems were recognized that i was not aware of when I had got the vehicle. I called Rich and informed him of the problems he said bring it back we will give you your money back. I said gee i really don't want to make the trip again. So we discussed a reasonable compromise to get the vehicle dealt with at my home location. I have to admit I was concerned if I would get my money back as i was dealing with a used car. Well to my surprise Rich and the Rydell dealership stood by their word and gave me back every penny I spent to get the issues resolved. I couldn't believe there were still fair and reasonable dealerships in existence. I give Rich and the Rydell Dealership two thumbs up for their integrity and standing by their word.

I am sure you coul put 1 Million miles on this truck and not have to pour that much into it. This is a bulletproof vehicle and will last you a good long while.
I don't usually leave reviews but I can't tell you enough how great Dawn and Jordan were helping me get into my 2012 Impala. I absolutely dispise looking for cars but Dawn made it painless and fun. I told her where my budget was at and she kept it right there or lower to get me the best deal. There was no haggling involved Jordan got me the best interest rate to keep my payments comfortable.
This is my third purchase with Rydells and couldn't be happier about it. I've always felt comfortable going there and will continue to in the future. Thank you again Dawn for making my experience fun and painless ¿

Great car. Had everything I was looking for and more. Comfortable and roomy. Love the heated seats and the price was in my budget. Enjoying the ride back and forth to work.
I came in to help my daughter buy a car. Dawn listened to what our needs were & found us the perfect fit. It was the first place I looked & we left with a car. Everyone was helpful & answered all our questions. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Most Reliable Pickup I've ever owned.

I purchased this truck new in December 2012. Its a 2013 Silverado 1500 4x4 Reg Cab LS with 4.8L engine. Currently 190,000 miles. Until last month, I've only performed recommended maintenance as outlined in owners manual. All maintenance performed by dealer. At 185,000 miles replaced right front hub +- $700.00. Outside of scheduled maintenance that's it for 185K miles. Paint and interior still look great! Very reliable, well built truck. Still getting 18MPG consistently for 190K miles. Very good traction offroad - which accounts for 20 percent of my driving.
I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?
This car is absolutely perfect for family. Plenty of room, very safe and comfortable. We bought it August 16 for taking the kids to school, didn't have any issues, no accidents or any mechanical problems. We have to sell because of relocation out of the country for work.
I would like to say I had a wonderful buying experience at E & A Motors. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my day and this was the most satisfying purchase ever.
Adis, Vic and the staff at E and A were very easy to work with. I am extremely happy with my Mercedes and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Haven't driven it much yet due to weather and just getting the car, but enjoying it greatly. Really looking forward to driving a lot this Summer
We didn't end up making a deal but Ronnie tried very hard for us. By far the best customer service that we have found on our search so far. We will go back to them again! We would have bought if it was a Chevy ;) Thanks for all your help!

These trucks have new styles to them without the new price tag. Sales truck use with exceptional low miles. They are very comfortable to get in and out of. Clean bodied and nice look to them.
Not sure what Chevy has done wrong? But our Equinox was a issue shortly after we purchased it new on Feb of 2012! Like all cars and anything else new you have high hopes and expectations, well the Equinox fell very very short.. At around 7k mile our front strut started rattling. Mounting bolts came off @ 20k miles we started having transmission issues that the dealer gave us run the around about since it was not consistent but it would occasionally slam into the next gear after sitting at a stop light or stop sign and it was time to move. Fought this issue for several month's. Finally at 30k mile the dealer supposedly fix the issue! During the same time frame we noticed a change in the engine noise. After checking it appeared the engine was 3 quarts low on oil. I am very strict with all vehicle services on all my vehicle's. The on board computer stated we still had 50% oil life remaining. So I put in oil took it back to Chevy. Only to have tgem tell me it's normal for these engines to consume a quart of oil about every 1 to 2 thousand miles! Which did not make sense. Based on there theory and the on board computer if I followed from that point on my engine would not only be negative (not really) 3 quarts of oil once the computer tells me at 15% oil life to pwrform a oil change which is about 7500 miles. The engine would blow up from no oil left! So I started doing oil changes at 3000 miles which with full synthetic started to get expensive. This continued until they realized lots if these engines were having a big problem. So for $158 labor the dealership would perform a consumption test and then extend your engine warranty to 150k miles. (They really do have a known issue just Google it) so had that done but still had to keep topping off the oil. At 3000 miles this oil would come out blacker than fresh asphalt! So now fighting trans slipping again at 60k miles that dealer will not cover any more and oil disappearing routinely.
Car is only little past 3 years old at this time. A couple trans flushes seemed to help the slipping. At year 4 the defrost/floor selector stopped working cost to repair over $500 Due to mostly labor to remove the entire radio/center stack to replace Yeap you guessed it cheap part that chevy used and the service advisor knew all to well about stated he gets at least 2 a month in and or parts dept is usually out of stock for the upgraded part.
As the oil issue continued throughout its life with us. Over the next couple year's went through other issues. 1/2 dash lights not working. Rear wiper stopped working head light switch went out all different times. Electric seat warmer. Rear hatch handle. Just could not deal with this horrible vehicle any more. At year 7 with only 86k miles on it we gladly traded it in. Sorry chevy you lost a lifelong customer! Purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage for less than what the Equinox cost me with more bells and whistles. I would avoid these lines of subs like the plague! I've owned several vehicles in my 52 years of life and I have never heard or seen of engines just using oil for no reason. I have a 02 chevy avalanche with 300k all original miles on it and the only oil it uses is a small drip from the rear main not enough to even notice on its dipstick. Also own a 2012 Kia Rio with 135k miles on it never a drop of oil and a flawless car if I may say! If you buy a Equinox hope you enjoy the dealership or other mechanic!
