Dick Edwards and Dawn have taken good care of me for a long time ! My latest purchase I talked over the phone with Dawn about. She sent me web pages, then called to tell me she had just the car. I live about 25 miles south, and Dawn brought the car. I trusted her, so I told her to bring the paperwork too! She took my trade-in back with her and saved me a lot of time!
Great staff and vehicles to choose from.. really helped me to get the best deal for the vehicle o wanted and worked with me and the bank.. being a first time buyer got turned down a lot and he made it work for a great vehicle and great price and good interest. I came in to look for a better vehicle for me and my family. Once they knew what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend they put me in a new vehicle. They are very nice and just want to help you however they can. Next vehicle I get I will be going back to them and I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Mike was great at helping a first time buyer at a dealership feel welcome and not overwhelmed everything that was needed was done with ease. You can tell he truly cares about you as a person and not just a potential buyer
I had just had my scheduled maintenance completed and was concerned about the transmission "slipping" in the car that I purchased new about a year ago. I described when and how the problem occurred, and the service department offered me a loaner vehicle overnight to ensure that they were able to replicate the "symptoms" that I described. They were able to do so, and researched it against data obtained from other dealerships and the manufacturer. After all, the service department was able to definitively state that I was not crazy, the phenomena was happening, but that it was normal and not a sign of a problem. This was all done at no charge to me, in a timely but comprehensive way, while I had a vehicle to drive. Thank you Murdock!
The entire purchase was totally bazaar and odd. It was like in the older days when there was trust and when a promise was made, it was kept. The dealership drove the vehicle three hours to a staging point for me and left the vehicle with my family, I had not signed any documents or gave them any down payment. It was a fantastic experience and refreshing that there is still vintage, high quality customer service out there.

Ryan at Manhattan Motors is awesome! We texted about the truck I was interested in and he told me exactly what I needed to know about it and I never got that pressured feeling that I had been getting from other dealers in the area. He was willing to work out a fair price with me, paperwork took less then 30 minutes, and we drove away with our truck in less then an hour. He has some books and toys for the kiddos which kept my little one occupied and even when she acted up a little bit he didn't mind at all. Such a great experience! You can't get this experience at a big name dealer, shop local! It's worth it.
Eric Altwegg was ready with all of my needs prior to my appointment. was very courteous and kind and took care of all my needs and questions. All paper work was completed in a timely manner and well explained.

With all the used car lots on so many different sites, it seemed like a dauntless task to narrow my search for "that perfect car". But after continually being drawn to a particular car, I finally gave Hunter a call. It could have gone either way; buy a used car now or hold off until after the holidays. I think it was Hunter's personality that swung me to him. He wasn't the least bit pushy, no subtle threats like "do something now, it could be gone tomorrow". Nope, Hunter just kicked back in his chair and answered the phone every time I had another question. Pretty soon I had him calling and emailing with my credit union, and behold! Last night my son and I made the hour and fifteen minute trip to Abilene so I could complete the deal. Shoot, they even filled the gas tank for me! Slight problem came up about keyless entry and that's when Hunter slipped on his "Super Hero Cape" and in a flash, problem solved. Thanks Hunter, you'll be an easy referral to make whenever I have someone asking me where I bought my awesome car!
My lease was about up on my Buick Encore and I visited with Eric options for either purchasing or getting into a new lease. He helped me with both options, with me ultimately going into a new lease. Eric worked above and beyond to get me some extra incentives to go with the lease that I am in now, and has always been great to work with in the past. We have purchased/leased several vehicles from Holm Automotive and have always been satifisfied. When it came time to do the paperwork, JR was extremely helpful and always very friendly.
Willie Thomas at Flint Hills Auto made the purchasing process a breeze and very much enjoyable. He listened to what I was looking for and presented me with various options that fit my budget and my lifestyle. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable truck buying experience.
