Excellent customer service, Jason and Rob

Because of all the recent changes in the conversion from Award Chevrolet to Allen Turner, we were hesitant to buy (again) from this Crestview dealership. When we saw the 2017 Traverse we were interested in (when the dealership was closed), we began asking friends/acquaintances who in the sales department we could trust. We had previously dealt (many times) with Bill Spears and Wayne McCranie, but they have since left. On a whim, my wife called the dealership, and once she made it past the rather rude/abrupt phone answerer/operator, she was put in touch with Mr. Jason Mobley. My wife let Jason know our desire concerning the Traverse, that financing wasn't an issue, and, if given the right deal, we were ready to take ownership. Jason was extremely attentive and accommodating, not attempting to push anything more than what we had asked. When we arrived to finalize the deal that evening, Jason was very professional and courteous, answering all our questions, but never trying to upsell or suggest a different/more 'attractive' deal. When he passed us to Rob Godwin for finishing the financing, everything was smooth and complete. Because of our credit rating, Rob was able to find us financing below the rate of our PAL. Rob also deserves kudos for his courtesy and professionalism. We appreciate both Jason and Rob. Now, let's do something about the service department!!
