I have been bringing my family's vehicles to Jackson's in Sullivan Illinois for many years. Brent Abott and Matt Bly in the service department are amazing and helpful. They always convey with their actions that we are valued customers. I trust Jackson's not to rip me off on my repairs, or to be dishonest about the problems with my vehicle. Matt Bly has recently gone above and beyond his duties to help us, and I sure hope he is recognized for his hard work! These guys have the patience of saints, I don't know how they do it. Jackson's has a gold mine in these guys. The service techs seem knowledgeable and competent. I don't plan to ever take our cars anywhere else.

I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?
John Coari in the service department helped me to find and purchase four new tires for our 2013 Ford Focus that we had purchased a while back at your dealership in Charleston. John is the best! Keep him. Don't let him get away! John is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of my questions happily. I did not feel rushed. My 2013 trevorse is giving me some problems I purchased this vehicle from Mall Chevy in Cherry Hill Nj January 2017 and now my vehicle driver seat is broken & now I need thermostat & tempture sensors replaced what next to go on this vehicle
My first visit to Pilson's Service Center in Charleston was a very good experience. Upon seeing that I had my small child with me, John discretely asked (which I very much appreciated) if my daughter could have a snack. I said that she could and assumed that he would point me toward the vending machines. Instead, John came back with animal crackers and a drink for my two year old daughter. It made her day and made my wait much easier. I was blown away by John's thoughtfulness and kindness and my daughter told everyone that walked through the waiting room that a "nice man" had brought her a snack. The service I had come in for was also completed within the given timeframe. I will absolutely recommend Pilson's Service Center to others.

I have enjoyed Silverados for 25 years. This is the 2nd worst truck I’ve owned. My next will be a dodge or ford. The price goes up but the quality goes down. At 40k catalytic converter went out. The dealer ship replaced it no problem. But that was as far as it went. They never checked the cause for it to go bad. Don’t know if I can trust them to correct the issue. This is a certified preowned. Why pay more money for a certified preowned? Just frustrating I don’t know if I can trust this truck for our family trip out west this summer
The service department was quick and efficient at programming a key fob and cutting me a new key. It all worked the way it should when they told me it was done a short time later. Great job and friendly customer service!

Plenty of room for family. Lots of leg room, great for hauling furniture, yard work. This truk drives great in the Minnesota winters. 4 wheel drive is great!
Was purchased new at the dealer in 2005 by my aunt and I got it in 2015 when she purchased a new car. Wonderful car that Has been all over the south east. Just shy of 170,000 miles and still going strong! Can’t beat a Chevy!!!
I had an appointment scheduled. As soon as I arrived with my vehicle, it was immediately taken in for service. I believe I was only there for half an hour. They provided me with a service report of all that was examined besides having performed the scheduled oil change. They assured me all was well with my Expedition.

Be Aware of Diesel Regen!

My car didn't do the auto Re-Gen and got clogged up. It cost me $350 to get it cleaned, the next day the sensor that controls the process went bad and they fixed it under warranty, but would not give me my $350 back saying it was unrelated! Really? Chevrolet can't afford to refund $350?
My car is the very best. My husband has no issues traveling in it with me on long trips. The handling is excellent and the mileage is super efficient. I love the color and details of the exterior. The roomy trunk is another bonus and we have never had a problem with luggage and packages we needed to bring on our trips. I love the instrument panel indicator system and feel confident that it provides accurate information. The smooth handling of my car gives me carefree driving. I do regret hearing that this model is being discontinued as I would have liked to purchase another one in the next year or two.
Ty Griffith was my sales person and he kept me informed during the search for my wishlist of a 2-3 year old SUV. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle the dealership found for me even though it was not the brand sold new at Dan Hecht. The buying experience was very good considering the dealership was undergoing construction at the time. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly!
