I have been bringing my family's vehicles to Jackson's in Sullivan Illinois for many years. Brent Abott and Matt Bly in the service department are amazing and helpful. They always convey with their actions that we are valued customers. I trust Jackson's not to rip me off on my repairs, or to be dishonest about the problems with my vehicle. Matt Bly has recently gone above and beyond his duties to help us, and I sure hope he is recognized for his hard work! These guys have the patience of saints, I don't know how they do it. Jackson's has a gold mine in these guys. The service techs seem knowledgeable and competent. I don't plan to ever take our cars anywhere else.

This car has so far met my needs with gas mileage, comfort, leg room. It's very spacious and I must say I love that as soon as you turn off the car it reminds you to check the rear seats. No child left behind
My first visit to Pilson's Service Center in Charleston was a very good experience. Upon seeing that I had my small child with me, John discretely asked (which I very much appreciated) if my daughter could have a snack. I said that she could and assumed that he would point me toward the vending machines. Instead, John came back with animal crackers and a drink for my two year old daughter. It made her day and made my wait much easier. I was blown away by John's thoughtfulness and kindness and my daughter told everyone that walked through the waiting room that a "nice man" had brought her a snack. The service I had come in for was also completed within the given timeframe. I will absolutely recommend Pilson's Service Center to others.
My guy was out delivering a vehicle so Doug stepped in. Sold me on the midnight Altima. Can’t wait to buy it this weekend. Yay Doug.

Very nice and best car I owned for my money
Ok. Interior and tires and room inside and sun roof. And color red. And good power for 4 cylinder and tires there really nice and. Love it very much you should buy one.
Ongoing electrical problem that 4 other dealerships couldn't locate or solve. I was 300 miles away from home and had to get to the closest dealership as fast as I could. I couldn't have been luckier that day. Service Tech Jacob was the only person after 10,000 miles and 5 dealerships that took the time to properly trouble shoot my problem, locate the issue, and fix the problem. If I had a major problem in the future, I would drive 300 miles so Jacob could solve it, the first time. I have NEVER been so impressed with any dealership as I was with Diepholz!

I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?
What a great experience my husband and I had. I was referred to Kim Van Gundy by a family member. And I am sure glad I was. I called him up and started the process over the phone. I stated what I had for a down payment, what I was looking to spend each month and what style I was looking for. Within 2 hours he called me with a 2013 GMC Terrain. Within a few hours we were there test driving it, loving it, and signing the papers. All done in one easy Saturday afternoon. We were still able to do our errands while Kim was hard at work getting everything in order for us. By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve had so far. Thank you Kim Van Gundy for getting us out of our old car and into our new Terrain. We love it!!

THIS TRUCK IS GREAT. WE LOVE THE SIZE AND THE COMFORT I REALLY LOVE THE FACT THAT WE CAN CHARGE BOTH PHONES IN THE SAME AREA THREE DRINK HOLDERS CONVIENTLY TOGETHER. THIS TRUCK IS GREAT!
We were in a very tenuous situation and were shopping on the internet. The desire to work with us was not found in our town. Andy Tibbs followed with us for nearly a month chasing far and wide found us the right car, color and options at the right price. He clearly wanted to serve the customer's best interest. The buying process could not have been better as we were greeted by the owner, Ron, the business mgr., Mike and the service Mgr, Sherri. Everything was put in place by Andy and in short order we drove away in our 2016 Malibu. The only service follow-up was handled in short order as a license plate bracket needed to be ordered and arrived in 2 days. Doing business with Diepholtz was the most enjoyable and successful in my 50 plus years of purchasing automobiles. Cudos to all. Wish we had started here years ago. I would highly recommend this dealership to be your first stop when looking to purchase an automobile.

Roomie and drives great.great gas mileage.handles good on highway.nice interior.good stereo system.I like the back up camera.really good heater.I'm really satisfied.I like the bucket seats and fog lights are really nice.
Our salesman, Josh Wilson, answered all of our questions & was easy to work with. Mike Daume, the F & I guy we worked with was great. Very professional & went the extra mile to get us the best interest rate available. This car is great for our family and for towing a camper and for fitting our whole family. It is Xtremely comfortable and reliable and worth the price.
Bob Ridings in Decatur, has been a pleasure to work with in making accommodations to get me in a vehicle I liked. The staff was friendly and when I did have to wait I was offered a drink, coffee, soda etc. They worked with me when other dealerships wouldn't.

So far it has driven well and feels good. The mileage wasn't awful for the year it is. I've never owned a Chevy so I'm hoping there aren't many major issues.
After a glitch in communication, John admitted dropping the ball and proceeded to take care of the body work to our trailblazer and got it done in record time. The work quality was excellent and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Has more legroom than my impala 2011. Great and sharp looking.
Best car I've ever bought. Great ride- firm but smooth and quiet. Acceleration is strong but linear- not sudden jerk. Average 30 MPG. Handling is sporty- but not a sports sedan. Transmission shifts smoothly and always in the right gear- no hunting. Seats are comfortable but not on a long trip. Forward visibility is good, but headlights just adequate. Side and rear pillars block view- rear camera helps with backing, but not great- camera does not have any guide and fogs easily. Forward Collision Assist has activated 3 times when no car visible- twice in rain and fog, and once on a knoll. Side mirror alert rarely works when merging or changing lanes. Lane Assist tugs the steering wheel and is very annoying, so I leave it off- should be warning light and chime only. Now have nearly 36,000 miles and no mechanical problems, but I keep the Lane Assist turned off and wish I could turn of the Forward Collision Assist because it is too sensitive.
