I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

On March 1 st late evening we purchased a 2026 Jeep Compass and Bobby Vaught was our sales person. He went out of his way to show us several vehicles and was very easy to talk to and helpful. The purchase of our vehicle ran past the 8 pm closing time and Bobby was still there and went over all the features of the vehicle with us- even though it was past the time he should have gotten off work to go home he was very nice and we are very thankful for him and his help. He gave me an understandable explanation of why my CEL came on and what was needed to fix it. The part was not in stock, but they were able to go pick one up. Ethan told me approximately how long a wait I would have and offered to drive me somewhere if I didn't want to stay in the service department waiting area. OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

The finance department was awesome. We bought the gap insurance and extended warranty from Jarod . He made the experience simple answered all questions. And explained everything very thorough. He was awesome

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

Top shelf all around. The ride is terrific. Handling is great. Independent rear suspension makes all the difference in the world. Chevy’s top secret vehicle. Needs more advertising!!!

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

This is more of an initial review. To preface, our other car is a Polestar 2 and we really have enjoyed it for what it is. Though we've only owned our Blazer for about a week, we are certain about some differences. This car was $4,100 cheaper on the price tag for identical trim level. It looks far nicer and more expensive inside, there is a little more tech and it's easier to use. Both app AND the key will perform remote start. It is NOT a clone of a gas twin. The front doors are large so my partner, who is 6'3 and 270 doesn't hit the b-pillar or hit his head on the car getting in and out. He can sit behind himself in the backseat. Clearly there are two different characters in these cars. The Polestar is sporty and the ride feels like it. Rather harsh, feel every singe bump, but DIVINE on back roads. The suspension needs tuning for better compromise and isolation. Bumps are loud and disturbing and resonate through the body as if there are no bushings at all. This Blazer feels like a luxury car. It's not sporty, but it's composed. It soaks up bumps. There is zero resonance through the body. It has active noise cancellation inside the car to make it even quieter and it is extremely quiet inside. The Polestar launches off the line from a stop light with alacrity, while the Blazer is a lot less aggressive, yet they have the same 0-60 time. The way the cars are set up in programming is so different (and they really aren't competitors), but it also shows that Chevy has been around a LOT longer and has been working on their HEV/BEV game longer. The delivery and feel of the product as a whole is WAY different. GM has been doing their homework and knows their market. This is my first GM product and it's really, REALLY good. The radio has been acting a little weird, turning off on it's own, and the day after we brought it home, there was a rattle in the dash which has since gone away on it's own. Both little concerns, easily corrected. Despite that, when the Polestar lease is up, guess what my first stop will be.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.
