Best Car Purchase Experience

After a bad experience at a local Seattle area dealer, walking out 5 hours later at signing when promises were not kept, I sent an inquiry to Cascade for a 2017 Kia Sedona. I heard from the dealer the next day. Carlos knew I had a lot of questions, so he sat in the van to call me back and answer everything about the Sedona in real time. He arranged a talk with warranty when I had questions. He let me have time to think about it, talk to my spouse and I didn't have to walk into the dealer and wait around all day as I did a few days before. The price on the van was more than fair and significantly better than I had seen elsewhere. We decided to call Carlos and let him know we were ready to move forward. After emailing in the credit app, Carlos called back with the financing details and then upon approval, arranged the paperwork. He even offered to deliver the car to us at no cost. Ted from finance called me the next day to go over the numbers and terms and verify all the information. The numbers came out as they should, no surprises and everything Carlos promised was in the paperwork. The price was great and I didn't need to even haggle. It was a relief. We decided to come in the dealer the next day, honestly still nervous things were not as easy as they seemed. . Everything was exactly as they said, and we spent a maximum of 15 min in the dealership. Buying every vehicle should always be this easy. Though they are a solid 2 hours from our house, it was worth it. It is the first time I left a dealer and really felt good about the entire experience and not minding it was 2 hours away. I am now glad my first van fell through. I paid 3800 less for the whole transaction and the van had 6.5K less miles. We will be back for all our vehicle pruchasing. Honestly, best car transaction in 30 yrs of buying cars. Thanks Cascade and Carlos for redefining the car experience and saving me from anymore misery. I really appreciate it. You guys are the best.
