My car said it was time for oil so I came down to Bakersfield Acura. Luis was quick to greet me at the service area and see what I needed. He was very friendly and provided updates on my car and provided an overall estimated time for the work to be done. I???ve had my TLX for almost a year now. While waiting for my car, my salesman Mario, checked in with me and took some time to chat since we ran into eachother in the showroom.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
We purchased the car we always wanted today thanks to our salesman Jaber. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Highly recommend Auto Village to anyone who doesn't like the hustle and bustle of the big dealerships but still wants a great deal.

I recently purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox in January and I couldn't of felt more like family. Manuel Arellano made us feel like top priority and did everything he had too to make sure that we drove off in the vehicle we really wanted. I never felt so comfortable about purchasing a used vehicle than I did here at Limited Motors on so. Union Ave. Their vehicles here are top notch and look brand new. They make sure that you drive away in luxury and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future.
2500 Ram had check engine light and 4 recalls!Great! I Let's just say the reviews were not positive for most dealership service departments,including this one!Reluctantly I called and left a message and later that same day Brenda called with instructions and set an appt time. (was about a week out! Haddad rudely informed me it would be two!!) Arrived at the appt Thursday morning and was greeted with enthusiasm by my service girl Amanda. She is very pro!Real genuine and soothing in an annoying situation, like potentially not having your ride for days! I picked my truck up on Friday @5 right before quitting time at 6. Only two days! I saw zero poor attitudes and everyone was buzzing around getting things done. She also sent informative emails and reminders all throughout the process documenting everything!! I was worried for nothing,Just sayin!
I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.
