The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.

Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
Salesman Ryan was a pleasure to work with in making sure I was satisfied and informed about the buying process. Very helpful and knowledgeable; he worked through the selling process when obstacles presented themselves that could have prevented the sale. Highly recommend the dealership and Ryan as a salesman.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Shon was terrific. He took his time with us but did not hover over us while we shopped. In fact, he didn't even accompany us on the test drives, allowing my wife and I to really get a feel for the vehicle. The show room even had a game room, which kept our 9 y.o. entertained while we did the paperwork. That was a blessing in itself! I will say, however, that the detail department did not do a very good job cleaning up the car before we took possession, but in the grand scheme of things, we can overlook that. Thanks to everyone at Metro Honda for a great experience!
I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. If you want GREAT customer service along with a team of Professionals I suggest this dealership 100%. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you again!

Bought my son his first car took it home that week first week check engine light came on brought it to the dealership couldn't fix it had to bring to dodge fine went home two weeks later car died called Nissan told them i was told by the manager you get what you paid for so didn't want to help only willing to take care of the diagnosis and nothing more 3 weeks with the car bad customer service don't care about the customer only the money so watch out buying a used car from there they will screw you
Phillip McSwain was my salesman.I called him after hearing commercial on the BOGO plan.He found me a better than ever deal and answered and returned all phone calls immediately. Even though a problem arose,which was of no control of Philip or myself, that could've ruined everything, Philip vowed to me he would get me an even better deal and he delivered 100 percent!!!
