Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
We purchased a 2013 Ram mega cab dually from this dealer ship. I flew 800 miles from Pennsylvania to pick up my truck. This dealer picked me up from the Airport at there expence. When we got to the dealership they told me that the Salesperson accidentally had a fender bender pulling my truck out of the parking Space. No biggie, they agreed to pay for any damage that was done to the vehicle when I got back to Pennsylvania. Once back in Pennsylvania we took the vehicle to the bodyshop had the vehicle repaired bill was paid by Lou Fuze dealer ship. Also once in Pa. The truck threw a check engine light. Once again. I called lou Fuze from PA they told me to have it repaired at at dodge dealership of my choice. Vehicle was repaired Lou Fuze again paid the warranty bill no problems what so ever. I can't Express enough how great this dealership treated us from the first phone call asking about the vehicle to after the sale customer service. I would fly the 800 miles again to purchase a vehicle from them in the future. It was definitely worth our time to do so. Great Price on the Truck and great Customer Service

Lou Fusz CJDR on Highway K did a great job of making up for a previous bad experience that I had at the dealership a few years ago. It was a completely different experience this time around and they had no idea I was holding a grudge. Matt Buesse went above and beyond with assisting me in locating and securing the exact Charger package I was looking for, and I mean I had really specific requirements for this car including particular options and color. Matt was able to locate the car on day 1 (go figure) and we began discussions. There were a few things about the car I was unsure of and wanted to see differences, such as the base speaker package and the Beats Audio package. He pulled up two cars for me, one with and one with out and allowed me to spend time in each to determine whether it was an option I wanted or not. I was not an easy customer for Matt. He dealt with me very kindly and treated me like a friend, which I truly appreciate. Matt was also more than happy to answer his phone on his off day to clear up some questions I had during negotiations the previous day and went way beyond in making sure I was absolutely happy with the decision I was making. Lou Fusz worked a dealer trade with another dealership in Illinois when we found the exact car I wanted. They worked with me and dealt with my negotiations even though I was hardballing them as best as I could, and they didn't let me walk. Needless to say, I drove off with the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely turn to Lou Fusz and specifically Matt Buesse the next time I'm in the market and I'll be pointing my friends his way. Absolutely class acts all around.
I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it.
I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.
The entire experience was outstanding. The staff was professional and and there was no pressure to in the sales process. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
