New and used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica for sale near Crosspointe, VA

I had a good experience at Safford Chrysler in Springfield VA when I went to buy my Toyota Prius. Asad, the young car sales man was very nice, helpful and patient. He answered my questions and he didn’t hesitate to ask his boss about any thing that he could not answer himself. I would recommend this car dealer to my friends.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

I appreciate the honesty and professionalism with these guys. They always do a great job with my car, and it never takes more than a couple of days. Highly recommend Safford Jeep.

Another great service visit at Safford Jeep! I owned a Mercedes for many years and was accustomed to superior service...and had high expectations. Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. I'm certain he'll be the manager of a service department at some point. Keep up the good work Safford Jeep!

Availability of appointments was excellent. Appointment was handled promptly. Everything was explained in detail & in language that was layman friendly. Work was completed promptly and competently. Would recommend without reservation.

Hector was the most accommodating and solicitous sales person I’ve ever encountered. He spent as much time as I needed to make a decision and more to familiarize myself with the Jeep Cherokee. Clearly he deserves a 10 out of 10!!

Sean replied immediately to my inquiry on cars.com and had the car waiting for a test drive a couple hours later. He was attentive and helpful, and addressed all of my concerns about the vehicle and the transaction. Sean was straightforward and genuine -- the best salesman I've ever encountered at a dealership. I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. This was hands down one of the best buying experiences and I’ve purchased many vehicles in my time. Chris in sales and Michael in financing was more than I could ask for. I flew from Orlando Florida to pick up my 2023 Durango. All I can say is it was well worth the trip. It would be my pleasure to do business with Safford Chrysler again .
