Auto house was extremely helpful, transparent and understanding. They worked with me considering I was 638 mi away from their location. They offered to get a third party to do a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Once that had been completed, they negotiated to find a transport and get the vehicle shipped to me at little to no cost out of pocket for me. On top of what I paid for the vehicle. I love the RETRO LOOK. The PT Cruiser's design was based on the 1934 Chrysler Airflow. I love how it handles, very sporty and responsive. The seats sit you up high, so wonderful visibility. Great get around town car. Great cargo space! The back seats flip down flat so, you have the same cargo room as an SUV. Power driver's seat, power windows & door locks, power sliding sunroof w/rain guard, 4 door-windows w/ rain guards, rear defroster & wiper, 2 keys, radio w/CD, A/C runs cold. It was my favorite car ever.

This car is in extremely good shape for the year it is. Very nice inside and out. Drives excellent and handles very well. Everything is very well taken care of.

The telephone call was pleasant. The sales person was cordial, and informative. Our problem was she is on the West coast, and I am on the East coast! It's, as you might expect, difficult to buy something sight unseen.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

I recently got a new lease and this time the Rogue since they are not making the Rogue Sport. There are many new features and no matter which salesman or service person I've asked questions they are willing to answer and told me come back as often as I need to. I always ask for Larry in service because he listens and answers my concerns. It was just brought in for a recall and an appointment was scheduled quickly . Great car and great staff.
