Cameron was amazing and made the buying process super easy! I felt like I got a good deal on the car and the amazing customer service sealed the deal! I drove 3.5 hours to get the car and I WOULD do it AGAIN!!!
Before I made the drive from Tennessee. I called and spoke with Eric Bates in Sales. I told him what I was interested in (a 2018 Outback) and he said they had many in stock. The next day, I drove to Asheville and Eric was waiting for me. Eric was both knowledgeable and personable. He had the right Outback waiting for me (both color and options). After a test drive, I decided to purchase it. The price was right and so was the car. The buying experience was made easier by Ms. King in the finance department. And while Eric did a thorough job explaining all of the options and settings, the dealership offers a second review of the car about three weeks later because they know it is hard to absorb all of the info the first time.
In short, my buying experience was excellent and I recommend both Prestige Subaru and Eric Bates.

I can't say enough great things about the folks at this dealership. I was in the market for a new Prius, and I had looked online & at many dealerships. I found a new Prius in the exact color & options at AA online. I called the dealership to see if they still had the car, and they called me back within minutes confirming they had the car, and was able to quote me their lowest price. I was in shock when I was given a price that was 6k lower than anyone else. I asked them to send buyers order to my credit union, and got the car funded sight unseen. When I arrived they had the car at the showroom, and all of the paperwork ready. This car was spotless, upgraded wheels, etc. The car only had 8k miles, so it must have been a demo. I have had zero problems & when I took it to the dealership for service the Toyota folks said I had a great car as the VIN indicated it was one that was made overseas and was of higher quality. I couldn't be happier, and I plan to go back in Spring & but my daughter a car with them. Great experience & great car¿¿

Couldn't find a Camry hybrid (LE) within 150 mi. of Tallahassee. Was in NC for summer and Mike Burrell of Bryan Easler offered to order one. Was allowed to pick color and only the options I wanted, at a substantial discount from retail. As promised, car came in 10 weeks.
We knew about this dealership because, while waiting to have our 2010 Prius serviced there, a man from Asheville said that he still came back to Hendersonville to buy his cars and have his car serviced.
Very happy with Camry hybrid (LE) as it gets only 1 mpg less than 2010 Prius while larger, quieter, better ride, and handling.

Drove from Canton to look at a new Charger, was greeted by Sean, looked at the car and within 10 minutes they had beaten every price that I had from other dealer's!!! Went to Credit Unin got a check , came back and was done in about 10 minutes!!!! Total buying time abut 30 minutes, not all day with a salesman and then 5 calls when you leave ... what an awesome experience and wonderful folks who try to help you !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!
